Excellent ventilation installation from start to finish. The customer service was outstanding—professional, responsive, and genuinely attentive throughout the entire process. Every detail was carefully considered, from planning to final installation, and the workmanship was extremely neat and precise. They took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure the system was perfectly set up and tested. Highly recommended for anyone looking for quality work and great service.

We have faced several very serious issues whilst using City Damp Proofing which has caused us lots of unnecessary stress and left us with multiple problems to fix.

Whilst reinstalling a radiator, they left a valve open, which resulted in our dining room floor being completely flooded. Despite admitting to these faults, they have been uncooperative for months, refusing to pay for a new floor to be fitted. We were also left without heating and hot water, and we had to pay to get this rectified.

After they completed the damp proofing work, we returned to find they had accessed our cupboards without permission, taking our food and leaving wrappers and debris. They also cut through our Fibre Optic cable, leaving us without WiFi and having to call an engineer out. Furthermore, the company has not provided the guarantees of the work as per the contract.

Overall an extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience, we would strongly advise anyone against using this company.
