Went in to skoda citygate bushey for a look around, already have a skoda car was looking at possible updating car.Got chatting to manger Daniel (lovely guy) going through all options & cars he then introduced me to Dewan (another lovely) with all their help & advice ended up getting an upgraded karoq. Dewan was great at keeping updated for hand over & telling all about the new bells & whistles that came with the car.It was effortless at hand over & even calling me day after to see how I was getting on. Definitely 10/10 on all aspects from start to hand over at citygate Bushey. All staff really friendly & happy to help. Definitely use citygate Bushey & ask for Dewan you won't regret it.

The sales team were engaging friendly and provided very balanced advice as to the benefits of the alteratice car models. They were quick and efficient in handling my queries.

From the point where I registered interest, to the moment i drove my new car away the team at Citygate Slough (cupra) were helpful, friendly and efficient. I had phone calls confirming my appointments that were not pushy, Adil was very knowledgeable and enthusiastic about the car without being overly so, and the sales process to sort out the financing was very smooth. I am so pleased with my car, and would highly recommend the team at Citygate.

The customer service the agent Tia from Citygate High Wycombe was a very good host offering you tea or coffee till my car was ready.

Citygate confirmed in writing on 18 August 2026 that my vehicle order had been cancelled and that my full £500 deposit would be refunded.

I was then asked to provide my bank details, which I supplied on 25 August. I chased again on 7 September, but as of 16 September the refund has still not been received and I have not received a proper update.
I have now had to raise a formal complaint simply to recover a refund that Citygate had already agreed to pay.
I hope this is resolved quickly, and I will update this review if the refund is processed.

Staff are very helpful and friendly in attending to your needs, communications is very good from start to finish. Made simple and understanding the customers requests. As I was recommended to this Volkswagen service centre they come highly recommended.
