We had an absolutely amazing experience purchasing our new car from Citygate, and the level of customer service we received throughout the whole process was exceptional.

The entire team were fantastic. They treated us incredibly well, gave us a great deal, and were more than accommodating with everything we needed. From start to finish, we genuinely felt like we were receiving special treatment, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.

Most importantly, we want to give a special mention to Shay, who was outstanding. He was incredibly helpful, friendly and professional, and went above and beyond to make sure we got the best possible deal. He took the time to understand exactly what we needed and made sure the car was perfectly tailored and suited to our requirements.

Shay is a real asset to the Citygate team, and we couldn’t recommend him highly enough. We really appreciate everything he did for us and look forward to doing business with him again when the time comes to change our car in the future.

I am a new customer to Škoda. Great service, no fuss and no pressure. sales manager a pleasure to deal with everything is sent over via email making the process very easy and smooth. Got a great deal on a Skoda edition x and it’s a lovely car.

Amy was refreshing. She was very knowledgeable, didn’t give a typical sales pitch and spoke to me and not my husband about my car. She also bent over backwards to ensure I was happy when there were delays. There need to be more females like Amy working in car sales.

VW Ruislip has the worst customer service
Sold us a car that wasnt roadworthy.

Head office customer service was not helpful either, they favoured the branch and didnt listen to our issues we had with the car!

We will be taking it further through the financial ombudsman

Eight months into the purchase of an approved used Skoda Octavia, the driver's side sun visor came off in my hand. I have tried to get both Skoda and Citygate to pay for this under warranty, but both have given me the finger. This is the second time in my life that VW have treated me appallingly - the previous time, parts started failing on my vehicle after their special 'software fix' for the Dieselgate scandal. It seems that once you've spent your money, VW Group simply does not care. I am clearly the mug for buying another car from them and giving them a second chance. VW Group is losing money hand over first to Chinese companies now, and it's not hard to see why. A dishonest, greedy company that doesn't deserve anyone's business. Avoid.

Although quite expensive, the service was done efficiently with the staff being polite and helpful. I have confidence in the work carried out
