Awful company,they took more money from my account than the order was, yes they refunded the difference, but 5 weeks later and my order has still not arrived, I have requested a refund 3 times and get fobbed off with carrier delays and they understand my mood!! Disgracful feel this is a Scam and FB should stop advertising as wish I had read these reviews first! Not good for other companies as now I don't trust anything on FB but this company will be getting reported to TS AVOID AVOID AVOID

Placed an order on 09/09/23 it is now 09/10/23 was sent an overdue payment from Klarna so have reported item as not received email address conveniently under maintenance so could not send an email about the item have postponed payment with Klarna saw as on Facebook

A scam company and needs looking in to.
Bought a couple of bras back in early September and nothing has arrived. Checked the website and could find it.
Facebook needs to sort this advertising out and stop scamming people 🤬

Dreadful company. Ordered 23 September and have heard nothing since. Automated customer service, no response. DO NOT USE

Stay away don't buy off them try contact them bluff u off or tell u to contact them on service platform go try that then shows no such thing contact on email do that get no replies no order off them loss off my money won't be fooled again stick to companies you know off and check out this company big scam

No stars for this company, placed order on 3.9.23 and I'm still waiting! Send them email just to be told its in transit, I will never order from this company again. Three bras at the cost of 26.99 that I could have got on ebay for 15.00 and would have arrived in 3 days, to say I'm angry is an understatement!11

STAY AWAY from this company it's a scam bought some items in September just go round in circles with there so called customer service (ROBOT) same excuse about shipping logistics, case now opened with PayPal, have now been refunded by paypal if only there was 0 stars I'd gave them that ..

Massive scam company! Took payment for bras that never arrived, luckily I paid with PayPal and got refunded through PayPal, safe yourself the stress and don’t buy from here as you will NEVER receive your order.

Dreadful company. Ordered three bras on 13 September and it's now 10 October and I'm still waiting to receive them. Chased twice and fobbed off with shipping delay excuses. Avoid this company at all costs. Don't waste your money. Total scammers

Tired to cancel an order was ridiculously impossible was an automated 'customer service' so just went round is circles. It turns up 2 months of ordering and it is smashed to bits because of the poor packaging and paid £24 for just tat. I've now opened a case with PayPal see if they can get in touch with them. Stay very clear of this company !!

This company is fake. They take your money and don't send the goods. Don't buy from them

They are a scam. Don't buy their crap. I am contacting the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau on them.

Took payment, never received goods and generic email replies to my complaints. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SCAMMERS

As with most of these reviews, goods ordered not received for over 4 weeks now.
They also took an extra £3.65 ,that wasn't on my invoice but I emailed them and did get that back.
Seems like a big scam to me.

Scam company made a order beginning August have emailed them on numerous occasions no reply from them ,DONT USE THEM

Ordered 3 x bras on 11 September 2023. Paid by bank transfer £22.55. Today its 6 October and still nothing. No replies to emails. So as all other reviews suggest, I think I to have fallen into the same trap. SCAMMER
