Broken shitttstuff direct from start. No refunds untill you came back with broken stuff. Led lights are glued and take them off will destroy the paint. Dasnt meter for them mus be back vith led no helping just to give new one so i can make new conection widouth destroyng paint work. Not rekomed att all.
Never had any problems. Excellent customer service. I'm not sure about the quality of the other reviews here. In one instance I saw a review where they had made such serious spelling errors while mailing Clas Ohlson that it'd be a surprise if the royal mail could deliver. As I said, I never had any problems and I've been a customer for over a decade. The reason for not giving five stars is the fact that they constantly change their inventory. Let's say you buy excellent cleaning products, and then when it's time for a refill it's long gone from the store.
Critically unprofessional company. Made online order with promised delivery up to 5 days. Today it's been 14 days since: no order status, no delivery. Contacted their service, they ask for time to check it and (next promise) that they will get back to me in 2-3h. 5h after that no updates, no information.
Prompt delivery as described. Waived delivery fee and added discount after submitting cart.
Really nice shop, good prices and assortment and super helpful employees, it has been easy to ask for advice and order. Buying here is good every time.

Anyhow, I have never had any problems with the company, nice staff and good products, though I have only bought their products in store and not online.
Ordered some small stuff online, which was marked as "begr. antal", so supposedly a few items, but still available. Used a 30 SEK coupon for the purchase. The order got cancelled by them (even though there were items available in the selected store) but the coupon was not put back on my account even after 2 weeks! Seemingly they just don't want me as a customer...
You can't use gift cards while shopping online, very inconvenient. I hope it will be possible to use soon.
Otherwise an ok shop with lots of products and for the things I did buy online, delivery was fast.

Ordered simple filters for windows online and to be picked up in store..The order is delayed..Waited for a couple of days, still no response. Now ordered the same for home delivery, still order is delayed! I don't know what is the problem of these guys, if the items are in stock! Poor service!!

I order a small part from one store and Im still waiting it after 12 days! Really slow customer service and even slower online service!
Not the fastest shipper or the best prices, but at least they don`t promise more than they can keep.
Not just bad - VERY BAD!
I have ordered a pair of scissors for hairdressing with the next day delivery. After 3 days I emailed the support who did not repond for days. I had to send another email and another to which they finally responded and said they could offer me a refund. I accepted this solution. However, a week later I see no money in my account and there has been no email confirmation. They do not answer my follow-up emails and act very dodgy in general. The online chat seems to be a fob-off. After I input my problem, nothing followed and I had to make do with talking to myself.
I would not trust them and avoid shopping there to save yourself from dissatisfaction and disappointment.
We bought the baby dan cot from this company and it broke on our first use. We have borrowed the exact same cot from my sister with no problems so we knew how it worked. We tried to contact the company by phone and email a number of times over the next month and we were ignored. Their customer service is appalling, don’t bother buying from them, they will take you money, sell you dud products and then run a mile.
Found out that Finnish Clas Ohlson charging me more than double price (49:95 vs 19:95) for Remington hair curler CI5318 compared to all their competitors. That's not a normal "price difference". It is a ripoff. Say they can't give any discount and they know I don't have time to return it.
I will not deal with this company again, I ordered a DVD disc and I checked my nearest store for collection, it came up with Reading well it would because I think they only have the 1 store, I was about to cancel my order when I noted a FREE delivery with code Free5 I also noted that there were no * or T&Cs apply so I entered the code, I placed the order and noted that it gave my correct delivery address, a day later I got an e-mail saying my order was ready to collect from Reading, I contacted Clas Ohlson and pointed out I ordered using FREE5, they replied that on the home page it states minimum spend £5.00 and the offer has expired so if I want it I would have to pay £4.99 for delivery this is despite it did not say minimum spend on the order page and it accepted the code and took me to my address page followed by the pay now page.
Cancelled my order after 5 minutes because the discount that was put in during the beginning of the purchase suddenly wasn't there. Cancelled my order via the customer chat and got my cancellation confirmed and was told I'd be credited within a few days.
Apparently, according to Clas Ohlson they packaged and shipped the order within those five minutes and that's why I had to wait for over 19 days to get my money back. It's clear that the first customer service representative lied to me and failed to cancel my order and yet Clas Olson claims no responsibility.
