Any review should be done while taken in to consideration what you paid so heres my thoughts on hair transplant and hotell(3 nights) for 1300 euro.

The good: the staff that did the transplant though it would have been nice to get more updates as the procedure went along, the taxis that they arrange from airport to hotell to the clinic. The reception staff at the hotell

Bad: worst hotell breakfast iv ever had, bascially i could eat simple bread whith butter thats it.
AC on the hotell couldent be set to a middling temerature so it was either cold(you only had a tiny blanket) or if you turned it off warm as &*%@.

The money scam when they jump you before the procedure and ask if you want the best start and wanna pay 700 euro to "bathe" your folicules in collagen and vitamins prior to insertion( i still havent found any info on the net what this actully did if anything.....so just a hoax as far as im concerned)

Overall result turned out pretty good though so just beware of their extra offers and that their hotell is pretty bad...

Class Hair is a scam with very poor service. They lie about their services and focus only on taking your money, especially for visa invitation letters. After payment, they respond late, provide weak and incomplete documents that are not enough for visa approval, and then refuse to refund the money.

The call center staff are rude and unprofessional, becoming disrespectful after payment. Their packages include useless services with no real value. I also witnessed a woman who suffered a serious infection after surgery, and the company showed no concern.

Do not trust them and do not fall into their trap.

It’s a scam — be careful. Do not pay them any deposit.

Illegal doctors.
They have scammed a friend of mine. Their doctors are illegal, and the embassy did not accept the letter they provided. They do not refund the deposit.

Worst experience ever

In May 2024, I underwent a cosmetic facial treatment using threads. I had requested gold threads, and they told me they were doing this treatment. The treatment lasted only a week and no more than a year as they told me, considering that I had no problems with flabby skin, so it was the right treatment for me. The disappointment was great, I discovered that the wires were not gold, they did not give me the identification code of the products they used, as required by law, they did not give me the box to prove to me the products they had used, as required by law. They blocked my jaw for several months, I could no longer open it, all documented by an Italian doctor. The wires they used, I discovered, were simple Korean wires, not gold ones. My lawyer sent a letter many months ago seeking compensation, but they never remarried. I sent several emails to Class Hair and the Class Clinic, but no response. Last November 2025, I personally sent another registered letter urging them to contact my lawyer, but no one contacted him. I consider my experience very negative, it is not a serious clinic. My lawyer and I will insist until I get compensation, in the meantime I will start issuing negative reviews so that what happened to me doesn't happen to others.

Everything was good good staff and good experience

I had a great experience with Class Clinic. Everything was perfectly organized, from pick and drop service to the hotel stay. The staff was very professional, kind, and supportive, and the clinic was clean and modern. Overall, the service was excellent and I felt very well taken care of. Highly recommended!

I live in Ireland and suffered hair loss for a while, going to the class clinic was best thing I could do for my self. I must say the extractions was very unpleasant but only took 1 and half hour to extract 5500 graphs. The people in the clinic are amazingly nice and do a great job explaining and making sure you understand full procedure, I have payed a amazing low price for the procedure and i still cant beleive how cheap the professional services are from class clinic. I don’t want to exaggerate too much and say it was painless cause it wasn’t the pain was unbearable but only when getting anestetik but after that it was ok and there were times were during extraction and implants English barrier was there and all I heard was Turkish language during 6 hour operation but after the implant the interpreter came and explained how well it went. All in all I must give Class Clinic a great 4.7/5 stars for the price and amazing service also there I had my own hotel booked 25 km away from clinic and they made sure I got the driver to get me from airport to my hotel and from hotel to the clinic and back to airport after few days, which for me was an absolute piece in mind, my flight back was early morning and driver came on time at 4am I was amazed class clinic deserves to be on top of list… If you have are looking to get your hair done or anything else I recommend class clinic from my own experience and also have recommended them to all my friends and family.. I hope you experience the same service I have and wish you best of luck.

A1 service staff was cooperative, helpful and explained each step in full detail. I will recommend this clinic to all my friends and relatives. Hope the results are also as good as their service.

Be very careful with this company Pay for a hair and beard transplant, They did a terrible job; they put very few grafts in my beard, they didn't fill it in to give it density, and they left my hairline looking very bad. Not straight, the moment they finished and when I saw myself in the mirror I asked them to correct my line and that I had paid to fill it in to achieve more density. They refused to separate anything for me, and since they had already been paid, they just left it at that! When I complained to customer service, they told me that if I wanted to get it repaired, it would cost me an additional $850 euros! Obviously, I had to find another company to repair this because I wasn't going to give this type of company another single euro! Be careful, people! They tell you their ratings aren't real, but don't trust them! I trusted them and had a bad experience! Look for something better because cheap often ends up costing more.
