Fantastic job these guys do. How they fitted all our old kitchen into their van, I don’t know. They just got their heads down and got on with it. They were so upbeat, positive and pleasant.

Received an email at 5.30pm to say not coming and rearranged for next day. Tried to respond to say I urgently needed to know if it would be morning, no response and no way to contact customer service e.g. no chat or phone number so no way to cancel or communicate. Very stressful and I do not recommend.

Fantastic service. Message sent to give a rough time for collection. I was called an hour before collection. Everything was collected effficiently even though the back gate was down a path.

The booking was very confusing and after the collection was made I was asked to pay an extra £40 on top of the quote of £104.99. I won't be using them again. Unfortunately I gave a review on their website before the request for extra payment came through so I cannot change that.

The person that removed the rubbish was very kind and friendly. He was sensitive to the needs of my elderly mother. The rubbish and heavy items were cleared very quickly. Great job!

I wouldn't want a vehicle of their's anywhere near my property with the manner their drivers act . Need a bit of anger management.

Really impressive waste collection service. Booked on a Sunday afternoon and all gone by 8am on Monday. Efficient and friendly collection.

Mixed response from me. Communication before collection was good and most of the collection experience was OK. But they broke the glass off a painting frame as they went down the stairs. Tried asking the company for a call-back to claim a refund for the cost of the frame but nothing. So it all cost me much much more than the actual fee for collection. Not great!!

Avoid if you expect a resolution from an fulfilled service.

Title: Very disappointing experience – £880 total cost and job not completed

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Clearabee.

The agreed job was not completed as expected, yet I was still charged. What was initially meant to be a straightforward service has now cost me £880 in total, including additional end-of-tenancy charges and the amount I paid for the original appointment.

I have tried to resolve this directly and have even emailed the owner, but I have received no response. This is particularly frustrating given the significant amount of money involved and the fact that the agreed service was not completed.

I am giving Clearabee the opportunity to address this properly. If I receive no response or meaningful action during the upcoming week, I will take the matter further through the appropriate channels.

I would strongly recommend that anyone considering using this service gets the exact scope of work and all charges confirmed in writing beforehand.
