I had a positive experience
I had a really positive experience with Clearabee from start to finish. They arrived exactly when they said they would, and the team were friendly, polite, and very professional throughout.
The collection was much quicker than I expected, and they handled everything efficiently without any fuss. Best of all, they left the area clean and tidy afterwards, which I really appreciated.
A reliable and hassle-free service with great customer care. I'd happily use Clearabee again and would definitely recommend them.

I must be one of the unlucky few
I must be one of the unlucky few. Booked a collection. Day changed. Was guarenteed early morning pickup the next day to make up for it. Time changed 4 times before being changed for another day. Cancelled it in the end. People on the phone are nice enough but yeah not a good service or experience for me. Im sure it will be a fight to get a refund also.

The team turned up slightly earlier than the agreed slot but did confirm that was ok with me.
Care taken in my home during removal of sofas/oven.
May seem expensive but for a reliable and hassle free service to remove things I couldn’t lift myself, worth every penny for me.
