ClearCheck is a SCAM. Initially I paid them the fee for processing my document which I could only get 25GBP refunded. I also asked them to cancel the DUMB PREMIUM CLOUD SERVICE and got the confirmation from them. I just checked my bank account and got 8GBP deducted from ClearCheck.
TRULY THE MOST DISPICABLE AND DISGUSTING SERVICE I HAVE EVER USED. Their customer service is SH*T!!!!
I only wish I could report to some authority to shut down this company, so people avoid losing their money.
ClearCheck, if you are reading this, you's better refund my money for the Cloud one because I sure will ask my bank to block that transaction!!!

I applied for basic DBS and charged me £101
Which they just deduct in my bank account and why they charged me that much I ask them to refund my money back and they just refund me only £46.75 where is the rest of my money cost £54.25. Recently they take out again £8 in my account . Try to call them and chat them still no answer . Is this LEGIT company or SCAMMER. My reference 521498090 Pls give my money back ..

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT TO DONATE THEM £88 for free!!!!!
If I could give 0 stars, I would.
You will be auto signed up to pay a recurring £8-18 monthly fee for cloud subscription (YOU DO NOT NEED THIS! - I CANT BELIEVE I WAS SO STUPID AS TO NOT READ FINE PRINT)
It should cost £22 for a bsic disclosure CRB check.
Clearcheck charge you £86.50 AND THEN YOU HAVE TO PAY A FURTHER £16.80 to get docs verified online

This is an absolute scam.
Unbelievable predatory buisness behaviour.
They subscribe you without you realising it.
You only speak with bots.

For a random google search ,I accidentally click their dbs check which would have completed by my organisation for free ,They took around £106 from me tried to contact them immediately no answer ,found their contact details contacted through website -they created a premium account without my permission and continously deducting money from it I cant see a direct debit or standing on my my bank account-never recieved
a refund -fake organization cheating people ;I wanted to complaint officially help me
Addendum on27/2
They contacted and said I have agreed for a premium service for the service I wasn’t used -how come this happened without my permission ?
They are a fake service; I need my complete refund back otherwise I will report this to authorities -I don’t need their service which I explained within few hours at my initial contact when I realised they are fraud ; I never needed their service which I told at the first place. You can’t steal the money from me for the service which I wasn’t used. I didn’t use your service. It’s a fake cheating ai app to steal money from people I will do another review on trust pilot, already reported as fraud. No one can complete a government service of dbs within 24 hours without investigation an utter fake ai built app to cheat people just look at your reviews. I wonder why no one reported to UK government to file against you in court;I am going to do that if you don’t return my money back

the process was incredibly slow and I was asked for the same information several times. It was more hassle than help.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!, Clear check is an absolute rip off, if you check online (which I unfortunately did not do until it was too late) there is a maximum amount(42.50£) for a 'Basic DBS check' I ordered an enhanced DBS Check with a fast service charge of 15£.Half way through the process I was diverted to another site to prove my address at the cost of 12.50£ for one attempt or 25£ for 3 attempts, this is when alarm bells started going off, and yes as sure as the sun rises this is also a rip off,
The total bill I paid was 101.50£ and only got a basic check, after complaining I was told that I only ordered a basic check!! This is so wrong in so many ways. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company for anything!
When I got fed up with emailing back and forth I called the "customer service" number which is from 2019 and going on about covid etc, this is an AI powered business which is only out to rip you off, I will be persuing this further through my solicitor and also the government watchdog services and will not stop until I get a prosecution of this company bieng a scam, you have been warned.

AWFUL experience!
Really complicated Website
Impossible to speak to a human!
Once you’ve committed to a Check you can’t go back!
Very expensive compared with gov.uk
My bank is taking it forward as formal complaint

Funny story. I wanted a basic DBS check done so filled it all out and then of course I had to pay. I understood that it was £18, at least that is what the website mentioned.
Now I'm funny with these things so I always have the exact amount that needs to be paid and wow, was I happy that I only had 18 in my account because I got slapped with £78.50 LOL for a basic DBS check.
The irony, it's a criminal check and then you get an actual criminal experience hahahahahaha
