Very pleased
Very pleased with the Vienna Chairbed. Made to order and takes 6-7 weeks. This chairbed arrived in good time to estimate. Think its good value for money, and handy it can be packed away while eldest granddaughter is at university. Thank you Cleverboxes.
not great at timely customer service
did not respond to e mails, phone calls not returned when they said they would, no contact regarding returned order so had to chase refund which took weeks.

Absolutely terrible company to buy …
Absolutely terrible company to buy from. I'm still waiting for my item. I chose this company because they offer next day delivery, waited in all day and the delivery company they use contacted me by text to say 'sorry you weren't in...' even claiming to have left a delivery note, which is also a lie. As a last resort, I tried to rearrange delivery to a drop off shop the following day, drove 12 miles to get it and it hadn't arrived when they said it would. Emailed Cleveroxes 5 days ago, still haven't had any kind of response. It's been 6 days since I purchased the item and so have had to go and buy an alternative from a high street shop.

I ordered a stand for my Christmas tree from Tesco. Unfortunately, Tesco's preferred partner for goods delivery is a bunch of ridiculously unprofessional individuals called themselves Celverboxes. I really can't find anything clever about this company since they have: failed to deliver on the promised day - a Saturday (they flooded me with emails ensuring I will get the item on that date which I didn't), failed to inform me why they did not deliver, failed to inform me when they will eventually deliver and failed to answer my calls/emails as they have no 24/7 customer service and I have to wait to call again on Monday..
I rest my case, and I warn all consumers to watch out these amateurs.

Ordered a slow cooker only to be informed 2 days later that the order had been accepted but the item was out of stock and they would not be having more of the units in. Unprofessional. Avoid this website if you dont want to be disappointed.

Item was delivered with visible damage
Item was delivered with visible damage, unacceptable delay in resolving issue - told that they were very busy but all I required was a simple response from their management. Offered a miserly £5 pounds off, when I said this wasn't acceptable I asked for item to be returned for a refund or increased compensation. Again after another delay told my "demands" had been passed on to management and I would get a response in half an hour - still waiting. Out of frustration and in order not waste any more time decided to cease e-mail communication, keep the £5 pounds, thanks. Clever boxes, I don't think so!!

Bought an ironing board at a very good price. Tracked the delivery for several days, then was unable to track as system said my number was not recognised. This was about a week after ordering. I had to call Cleverboxes, who promised to call back that same day. I called again the next day and was told that my parcel had been damaged in transit. Remember this was a metal ironing board in strong cardboard packaging. Customer service promised to despatch another one that same day for delivery the next day. Replacement arrived next day as promised. I have no complaints about customer service . Both ladies I spoke to were pleasant and helpful. The second lady apologised for the first lady not calling me back, she said she had been on a call to Hermes until quite late in the day.
These things happen, but it would be preferable if the carrier had contacted us to explain rather than us having to chase them up.
