Acceptable service

Acceptable.
The products arrived but were not working.
It took a bit of sorting, but eventually they were satisfactorily replaced.
Staff were polite and helpful.

Appalling service.

Appalling service.
Bought through Tesco direct.
Items did not arrive when despatched, courier said no one home despite there being and left no card. Did not even attempt to knock on the door!
When calling customer service was told they would contact the courier and call me back
After 15 mins, I called THEM back to be told OH I haven't done it I'll do it now!
After a second time of calling back was told that the courier will come back, despite never being here but if he didn't to email as from 5.30pm they were closed at the weekend!!!
Never again and am passing it on

Missing lids!

I've ordered with Cleverboxes twice now. The first time was great - fast delivery and good quality boxes; but the second time, some of my order didn't arrive! 5 boxes and 3 lids.....!
