Bought and paid for Corel Studio…

Bought and paid for Corel Studio Ultimate. Used it to capture some of my late daughters videos. Logged on again today only to find out that I cannot use the software that I paid for unless I pay for the same software again.

What really nice people.

Cleverbridge are an illegal corrupt organisation

Cleverbridge have been told several times to refund an illegal subscription renewal but after repeated instructions from there own company have not complied and after informing my bank who confirmed they have alot of problems with this company and are hopefully about to ban them from trading in this country. Its does seem a ridiculous amount of trouble for £44 unless this is a tip of a large corrupt iceberg

A payment for an unwanted prologation…

A payment for an unwanted prologation of a product was deducted from my account. I immediately protested and some hours later the money was refunded. I am a regular client from Cleverbride and it is the first time that I needed to undertake such a step. I am very statisfied with the refund procedure.

Terrible customer support

Terrible customer support. I've waited for my license key for some time now, despite continual contact via the customer support form "you are high priority, you will be contacted within 24 hours", but nothing happens.

They issued my refund immediately and courteously!

Cleverbridge automatically renewed my WinZip subscription at the end of the year (2025). The unexpected debit caused my bank account to overdraft. Also, I wasn't using the product anymore, so I was doubly upset. Using their website portal, I requested a refund of the subscription charge. The refund was issued within a manner of days with courtesy and professionalism. I am impressed with the quality of service of this company and highly recommend them.

Customer Support - professionalism every day…

My positive experience stems from the very quick and professional response to the reported payment issue. The problem was solved immediately, even though today is New Year's Day. Especially consultant Russel proved to be very communicative and professional.

Prompt solution

I received notices from both Cleverbridge (CCleaner) and PayPal that I had signed up for the "Pro" version and my PayPal account had been charged. This was a total shock to me, not thinking I have had a Pro account for probably 10 years or more. I contacted Cleverbridge and within a short time was contacted by Russell A. Telling me the subscription had been removed, and they would contact PayPal to have the charge removed.

I am so impressed by the customer service department and the pleasant and efficient way this was handled. Russell A. was wonderful to work with.

Multiple issues with CCleaner and this…

Multiple issues with CCleaner and this company. I paid for Pro until mid April 2026. My financial status has changed and I wanted to stop the automatic renewal. The only way I could do that was to have paypal remove them from autorenewal. I have had several contacts by email with this compay and am NOT happy with contnued issues. When I went to open my computer this AM there was a huge announcement saying how they had "improved" my product. No CCleaner on my computer. Attempts to download only offer me free version or new purchase. Have to look around to find contact info. Really disgusted with all the trouble. I will download the free version come April but I SHOULD be able to have this product I PAID FOR on my computer without a ton of HASSLE.
