I recently booked a hotel and concert ticket package through this company, and I couldn't be happier with the experience. The professionalism exhibited by the staff, especially the manager, was exceptional. The manager was incredibly attentive, assuring me that I could reach out anytime with questions or concerns. It's reassuring to know that they prioritize customer satisfaction. The seamless coordination between the hotel and concert arrangements showcased their efficiency. Highly recommend their services for an stress-free and enjoyable event experience. I had a misunderstanding with the hotel upon check in, however Clevertrip manager got it resolved literally within 3 minutes. I am amazed!

I attended UFC294 through a hotel and ticket package with Clevertrip.

Ibrahim and his team were incredibly helpful and provided me with such great seats and an amazing hotel room.

I don't normally write reviews but Clevertrip.com and its owner Ibrahim are worthy of one.
I booked a UFC 294, hotel and ticket package, and the service was outstanding. Being from the UK, I was a little sceptical of purchasing through a small company that wasn't within the UK, but everything was perfect. The communication was brilliant, always responded within hours to emails, and within minutes through the online chat service. I got exactly what I paid for and at an excellent price. I will be sure to use Clevertrip again. Ibrahim and his team are excellent, and I would like to thank them for my trip. A*

Outstanding!

I came across Clevertip after not being able to secure tickets for a UFC event in Abu Dhabi. I browsed a number of sites that were selling tickets at extremely inflated prices and then stumbled across Clevertip. I looked at a hotel package which also included UFC tickets however I was extremely skeptical as I had never heard of the company and the package was extremely well priced. You know what they say, if it seems too good to be true, it usually is ! I asked some questions on the chat option on the site confirming if it did actually include the tickets are they were sold out everywhere. I had a few messages back and forth and then I got a call on my mobile. It was Ibrahim, the owner of Clevertrip. He was very patient with me and answered all my questions, he walked me through the whole checkout process and that was it done.

Over the next couple of months I contacted Ibrahim multiple times about a hotel booking confirmation and ticket release dates. Each time he would get straight back to me and was very forthcoming with information and easing my mind. A number of times he made calls to me from Lebanon and Saudi Arabia which must have been no easy task!

I write this review as I sit in the Airport awaiting my flight home. The hotel was amazing as was the UFC experience! Ibrahim even came to my hotel to meet myself and a few friends after the event. We sat in the lobby for about 4 hours and chatted while having dinner. You can not get much better customer service experience than that!

I think where Clevertrip differs from other companies is that they provide a much more personal experience. In my opinion, this is extremely important in this day and age. I have already contacted him to let me know as soon as tickets are released for next years event and I can confidently say Clevertip will be my first port of call going forward when planning my next trip.

Everything went perfectly well. Amazing Hotel room where we got a free upgrade. The customer service is extremely fast responding and available 24/7 on Whatsapp. At the entrance of the event everything went smooth as well. I had my doubts, but Clevertrip service was just amazing. Absolutely great experience, can recommend to everyone and I have been very sceptical, but have nothing to criticize. 5 stars from me!

Great experience and support for the UFC fight

Ibrahim has truly blown me away with the lengths that he goes to in order to satisfy his customers. I originally booked a trip for an F1 experience which Ibrahim kindly upgraded to even better seats and an open buffet.
