I just signed up a few minutes ago. The sign-in process was very easy. I thought that with the free account I could upload two photos. Evidently I have to wait a week to upload another one.

A message from Martyn Roussel, Director and CEO Clickasnap is under new ownership. My team has been improving the site in many areas. One such area is renewals and refunds. I know from personal experience just how irritating it is to have money taken from my bank account for a subscription without warning. It may be legitimate, but it sucks. I have found that Clickasnap has been doing this in the past. That stops now. We will refund all legitimate claims, with no quibble, if made within 14 days. As we further improve the site and add new features, we want you to come back. We do not want you to have a bad experience. We are setting up reminders to prevent this happening in future. We care about our customers. Thank you, Martyn

Had some issues for an error of mine

Had some issues for an error of mine. Typed the wrong email for withdrawal request. They responded very fast to my email and after 2 business day they resolved the issue. Very professional and caring.
