Easy booking, quick visit

The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and I didn't have to wait to be called in

I attended Click Hub in Hornchurch. It was a difficult building to find and access. The saving grace was the young lady who syringed my ears. She was charming and put me at ease immediately.

My second appointment with Ben and collected my hearing aids, as before everything was explained to me and tips given. First class customer service

Visited Click Hearing in Dukes St. Chelmsford, on the 28th Jan. for possible earwax removal. Ben explained and showed me that this was not necessary. But after mentioning my Tinnitus, offered to carry out a hearing test(audiogram). Went through the results in detail. Good peace of mind,and very reassuring appointment.

Ben was fantastic with our son during his test, would highly recommend click hearing for anyone with young children needing audiology testing.

Very friendly staff and great service

I booked a hearing test for my two-year-old son and made it very clear to Click Hearing that the appointment was for a young child. When my wife attended with our son, the person conducting the test was unable to complete it and admitted they did not have experience working with younger children.
Despite no test being completed and no results provided, I was still charged the full £95. I was left having to explain to my son’s preschool that the hearing test hadn’t been done, and I’m still none the wiser about whether he has any hearing issues.
This is not what I expect from a healthcare provider. If a clinic cannot accommodate toddlers, they should make that clear at the time of booking — not take payment and waste a parent’s time. I’ve requested a full refund and will be going elsewhere for proper care.

UPDATE:

The refund request was declined, and the response came across as quite dismissive, seemingly irritated that I had cancelled another chargeable appointment they had arranged with my wife on the day of the failed test.

An excerpt from their reply:
“If you choose not to take up this option (another chargeable appointment), then we feel it would be best for your son’s future care to be provided elsewhere, and we will not be offering further appointments.”

I’m no longer concerned about the refund, I just hope this review helps others choose a different provider.

As they advised in their email, I have since had the test completed successfully with another provider.

Excellent appointment from Lisa today at Chelmsford. Lisa examined my ears carefully and noticed I have a mole on the outside of my ear. I will refer this to my GP.
My ears were suctioned and irrigated with much precision. I cannot rate Lisa highly enough. Thank you very much

Excellent service. My son was seen at both Upminster and Chelmsford. Upminster had next day initial appointment, with follow up more locally in Chelmsford. He has extensive history of ear infections and operations to both ears. He was seen 3 times in order to get all the wax cleared by micro-suction and then a report provided for his GP

Very professional and friendly service. Only criticism was that, on examination, my husband only required 1 ear to be cleared. He was, however, charged the full £50, which was supposed to be a special offer for both ears. Paying £50 to have one ear suctioned ended up being more expensive that any other audiologist so based on that, would not recommend unfortunately.

Highly recommend Click Hearing in Westcliff on Sea. Really friendly staff and a very professional service.
