Very efficient service – I bought a wardrobe from Argos, but one of the drawers on the right side was missing the slots needed to attach the drawer rail. I emailed customer service and received a quick response. The replacement part arrived the next day. I'm very satisfied!

Excellent customer service from the team when an item I was expecting went missing due to a couriers oversight and were very quick to rectify.

I emailed about the part that was broken had a very quick reply asking a few more detail which I provided and then had a email confirming the parts were ordered then not long after a email to say dispatch and today replacement parts came very happy with the service given and how fast the replacement parts came thank you

I found that the method of exchanging photos of the problem really worked. The photos Emma sent me explaining what to do were clear. and exactly what I needed to solve my issue.

4 stars rather than 5 because Initially I wasn't sure whether my photos were actually getting through (due to my inexperience with emailing attachments), so there was some ambiguity about whether I was really getting my point across...

Excellent customer service. My bed was out of warranty but Sarah was very helpful in letting me know how I could purchase new bed slats. Unfortunately, after some mis communication, the ones I were sent were incorrect but Sarah quickly rectified the situation and sent out the correct ones.
There will be a slight delay because of Christmas but can’t fault the customer service and will definitely use again!

I’ve been waiting for spare parts for 7 months!!!!!! I have 2 furniture pieces from Very I bought a year or so ago and they need replacement top panels and draw front.

I check EVERYDAY for 7 months and it’s always “out of stock” how can they be out of stock always when they sell them still on very? I’m so confused.

I rang very and was just told to keep checking and everyday. It’s a joke.

Excellent service. I needed a couple of draw runners to replace some damaged ones. Ordering on the Click Spares website was very easy and 3 days later the parts arrived at my house. 100% happy.

Very efficient service. Emailed to say that the screws were missing and got an initial auto confirmation that my email had been received. Before I even supplied the extra info they requested, I got a personalised response to say that they would send the screws directly. I then got details that they had been dispatched.
They arrived the next day - excellent - many thanks!

Told me they ordered a part , it had a 2-4 week wait time. Then came back after a month and said they couldn’t get the part so I asked them the details of the part (thinking I might be able to source it somewhere ) couldn’t provide it. Could not tell me where they had ordered it from …. I doubt they had ever ordered anything . Honestly a complete waste of time. Avoid the disappointment .

I purchased a Jorn 4 Tier Shoe Rack from Argos via click and collect but when I came to assembling it, I discovered one side panel was incorrect. The dimples at the attachment holes on the left hand side frame were on the wrong side so the screws didn't sit well.
I emailed customer support and immediately received a reply asking for a few more details including photos to show the issue. I emailed back and once again very quickly received a reply from Click Spares informing me that a replacement had been sent out and would be with me within a couple of days. Couldn't fault their commitment to ensuring excellent customer service.
