Having ordered a holsted wardrobe from Argos I accidentally cracked one of the mirrors, so I contacted clickspares, giving all my details, which was dealt with promptly. Excellent professional service.

I bought an bbq from argos, called them up to order a spare part as the grill was broken, no luck directly. I googled spare parts argod, and this site came up. At first thought it was a fake site or something, but to my joy they were light. Sent me the parts within 2 days! You guys are fab!

At first point blank NO! but from further pushing another advisor look promising to help only to arrive to the same outcome. NO!

I even wanted to purchase this item not expecting it for free as bed is circa 18 months old or even be provided with the manufacturers contact in order to go direct instead.
They didn't have this info so how do you even get spares for stock?. FAIRY'S!!!!!.

Have to say that a company which could of helped me 100% had no intention of helping despite the fact they had low stock of the exact part I needed.

Unless Its warranty, lost parts etc for an Argos new product they couldn't give too hoots about after sales support further down the line for such products.

Excellent service and I was able to get a spare for some damaged flat packed furniture I bought. It took 2 days in total from ordering to receiving the delivery. The spare was also well packaged.

Replacement of missing parts
When I eventually got through to a human being they were very helpful in checking exactly which parts were missing from my delivery, and re-ordering them for me. They arrived in the post very promptly, which was great as I was able to put my exercise bike together and get on with using it. Thanks very much

Totally delivered on spare part for a lampshade which was damaged. Had no joy with Argos directly and didn’t hold out much hope for locating a replacement. I was thinking would have to buy the whole thing again for a replacement shade. The website was easy to use, communication was excellent and it arrived within the week! Extremely happy with service and would 100% recommend- THANKYOU

Lots of damage to my argos wardrobes and bedside table I was promised a replacement part delivery yesterday but it failed to arrive nor has it arrived today it’s not click spares fault it is the useless couriers they use EVRI no wonder they changed their name no doubt will do likewise again to try to hide from their abysmal service.

Needed a replacement installation pack for a bed. System said not available. Phoned up and was told one bolt not available but I could order everything else individually, which was done for me. Very helpful and prompt company. Bed was for a rehomed family so important for them to have a real bed.
