I previously had a hair transplant at Clinicana and was extremely satisfied with the results. As my natural hair continued to thin over time, I decided to undergo a second procedure this year — and I had no hesitation in choosing Clinicana again. I even recommended the clinic to my best friend, who travelled with me to have his procedure done as well.

One of the aspects I value the most is the clinic’s commitment to safety. Before the surgery, they carried out all the necessary medical exams to ensure I was fit for the procedure. Clinicana is located inside one of Istanbul’s top hospitals, which provides complete infrastructure and immediate medical support if needed. Although the transplant is a simple procedure under local anesthesia, every surgery carries some level of risk, so having it done in a fully equipped hospital was a major factor in my decision.

I arrived in Istanbul on a Saturday night and was able to complete all required tests that same evening — with the results available within just a few hours. The procedure took place on Tuesday morning, and I stayed until Saturday to ensure proper recovery before flying back to Ireland.

From the very beginning, Mr. Mülhem provided clear communication and continuous support, including after the operation. The entire team was exceptionally attentive, particularly Ms. Öykü, who acted not only as a translator but almost like a personal assistant throughout my stay. She was highly professional, caring, and even met us at the hospital very early in the morning — around 6 a.m. — to make sure everything went smoothly.

Overall, my experience with Clinicana was excellent once again, and I’m very grateful for the team’s professionalism and care. I would confidently recommend them to anyone considering a hair transplant in Istanbul.

A month ago, I traveled to Istanbul and placed myself in the hands of Clinicana. After more than a year of careful research and evaluating at least nine different hair transplant clinics, I decided to choose CLINICANA. The staff and the clinic exceeded all my expectations.

I was fortunate to have Ecem as my assistant and coordinator throughout the entire process. She organized everything from start to finish and continues to follow up closely on every detail of my postoperative progress. Ecem has qualities that are very hard to find in one person: quick communication, clarity, guidance, availability, organization, and many others I could continue listing. Her professionalism and human touch were evident from the moment I arrived in Istanbul.

The medical and technical team at Clinicana provided impeccable care. They made me feel safe, comfortable, and fully confident that I had made the right decision in choosing them.

My procedure is about to reach the one-month mark, and although it is still early to see final results, everything has progressed exactly as expected. I have not experienced any pain or discomfort beyond the normal healing-period sensations of the first few days. I have followed all instructions very carefully and remained in constant communication with Ecem, and my satisfaction so far has gone well beyond what I anticipated.

If you have the chance to arrive a few days early and explore Istanbul, your experience will be even more rewarding. The city is full of history, incredible culture, and exceptional cuisine. In my case, I arrived seven days before the procedure and was able to visit many beautiful places, including the charming Balat neighborhood, Grand Bazar and many more.

When traveling to another country for a medical procedure, the most important thing is knowing you are in the hands of highly experienced professionals and that the operation is performed in a world-renowned hospital. That combination provides the peace of mind you truly need.

After one month and seeing the progress day by day, I already plan "God willing" to return next year for my second transplant.

Great clinic, Amazing Staff and Fantastic Work.

It has been three months since the hair transplant. The effect is good, the operation process is smooth, and the doctor team is very professional. I am looking forward to the effect of six months.

Excellent experience, mainly because of Ecem, my point of contact there. I began communicating with Clinicana a good 6-8 months before the procedure, and Ecem was with me from the beginning, answering WhatsApp messages at all hours of the day or night. Once I arrived in Istanbul, the process was smooth and seamless, from pickup at the airport to blood work at the hospital the same night, to my first appointment the next day, to the actual procedure the following day. Everything was scripted, on time, and super professional. Ecem, even though she had to be handling dozens of clients all at once, never made me feel hurried, instead, I felt like I was the center of her attention at all times. After the procedure, next day’s follow up was great, and Ecem has continued following up after I got home. Overall, this was really the best experience I could have had. Now I look forward to new hair in the coming year!

Overall, the experience was positive. The staff's communication was clear and all information was disseminated effectively throughout the process. It would have been nice if the technicians that actually performed the procedure spoke more English, but if I needed something I could ask for someone that did. I would recommend this company to others seeking similar services.

As for the results – the transformation is incredible. From being almost completely bald to seeing this much growth in just seven months is absolutely mind-blowing.

From the moment I sent my itinerary, everything else was taken care of—it was a total cakewalk after that. The cost compared to the U.S. is so much less, and on top of that, the stay itself was enjoyable. The Naz City Hotel app makes everything simple, and the staff makes sure you’re comfortable from start to finish.

If you want extra time to heal and explore, I definitely recommend it. I had the chance to see the Blue Mosque and wander through some bazaars, and even on a budget you can manage both recovery and sightseeing. That was one of my main concerns going in, but they really don’t leave anything out.

The doctors, translators, and staff are truly gold. They see many patients every day, but they never make you feel rushed. My coordinator, Ecem, was especially amazing—she booked everything and made sure I felt heard. If I was in pain or unsure, she immediately slowed things down and let me decide what I was comfortable with.

During the procedure, once the local anesthesia set in, I couldn’t feel anything, and the team even let me listen to podcasts and music to pass the time. Before I knew it, it was lunchtime, and then the second half went just as smoothly. At the end, they gave me clear post-op instructions, medication info, and even a proper wash demonstration so I could go home confident about recovery.

I had a hair transplant with Clinicana in Sept 2025. I had great experience. Ecem from Clinicana helped me throughout the process. The whole process was very well organised, from the start with airport pick up. All the instructions of dos and don'ts along with example videos were very handy and organized. Ecem helped answering my questions all throughout the process and even after the surgery when I went back to my country. The doctor was very experienced and gave me good advice on maintaining my hair. The staffs doing the surgery were polite and skilled in their job.
