I was very nervous about getting a hair transplant. It took a long time to make the decision and choosing a Clinic was the most important part. I did my research and chose Clinicana. Now, one year after my procedure and can say it was the best decision I’ve made. The results are better than any expectation I had and the service before, during and after the actual procedure were very good. I did get anxious a few weeks after the procedure because my donor area was pretty banged up and sore but they were there every step of the way making sure all my questions got answered and everything turned out perfect. I could not be happier with my experience. Thank you Clinicana. Thank you Diana for being there every step of the way. Your personal service, support and connection made this whole process truly a success.

Dear All, got back last Wednesday from Istanbul and am recovering at home. Overall my experience has been very good, doctors and staff are very helpful and readily available through WhatsApp.i Although I was a bit nervous at the start, you could quickly see this is a very professional and experienced team. Would strongly recommend to stay in the hotel close to the hospital as you need to travel quite a bit back and forth. Hotel provides a shuttle service and is modern with large rooms, good food and friendly staff. Do think that communication could be improved a bit by providing clients with a contract and clear schedule before arrival and more detailed written instructions (in better English) for what to do and not to do after the procedure.

It has been three months since my transplant procedure and my new hair is growing nice and healthy, I am very satisfied with the service provided, the follow up abs courtesy of the Clinicana staff, I constantly receive compliments from people and even other physicians here in the US that are impressed with the work done.

From the initial chat over WhatsApp, to booking, being collected and returned to the airport, the doctors and medical team, it has been exceptional!
This was my 2nd and final transplant, and I chose Clinicana again, the team took great care in providing advice before and after.
The price is not expensive compared to others, especially with the quality of the transplant, before and after care, also the hotel and food is great! And that’s all included!

Everything was perfectly organized. The consultation with Professor Dr. Soner Tatlidede was excellent, with very detailed explanations. The anesthesia and the operation itself also went superbly well. Everything was very well explained, and the team took care to answer all our questions. A trustworthy clinic with high-quality service at a more than reasonable price.

Service pre-surgery of hair transplant and even post surgery was excellent. The staff is helpful, friendly and they are always here whenever needed. Ms. Ecem was always following up on me for many months since I started my initial contact with the clinic to have the surgery gets done and she was always replying at any times or days of contact, even on weekends, morning, nights. She was here from the pathology tests phase, instructions phase, consultation till the start of surgery as well and that was even extended post surgery and I appreciate her professional and continuous support tolerating my continuous number of questions. The staff also did not leave post surgery and was supporting even during entering the cab so that you do not hit your head. Clinic was clean and well equipped, it was even having defibrillator and crash cart at the door of the operating theatres, following the medical standards besides its inside a hospital so it is safe in cases of emergency (I am a pharmacist so I work on medical field and consider those details)...it was an experience considerate of small details!

Its been 6 months since my 3600 graft transplant at Clinicana and Im very satisfied with the results so far. The pre and post op communications through whatsapp was perfect.
The staff is very safe, experienced, and efficient. The transportation to and from the airport and 5-star hotel was smooth. Theres also free shuttle to and from the hospital where the procedure takes place. The doctors and nurses seem to love what they do and have to be very skilled to stay ahead of the competition. I already recommended Clinicana to friends that might need to come here.

After nearly six months of research, I chose Clinicana in Turkey for my hair transplant, and so far my experience has been positive. From the start, the patient coordinator was patient, honest, and professional, communicating clearly in fluent English and making the entire process—travel, accommodation, and scheduling—smooth and predictable.

I was welcomed at Istanbul Airport by the clinic’s driver and taken for blood tests the same day. My assessment was carried out by the doctor, who explained the procedure clearly and set realistic expectations for my Grade 4–5 hair loss. I was advised that my donor area was healthy and suitable for a good result.

The procedure lasted around seven hours and was performed by a skilled and supportive technical team. I was reassured when senior medical staff reviewed the work during the procedure and confirmed that everything was progressing as expected. The following day, I was informed that approximately 5,100 grafts had been implanted.

While it is still too early to judge final results and the donor area remains irritated, I have received clear post-operative instructions and remain cautiously optimistic over the coming months.

Close to three years later and over one year to get an answer from the clinic. The only answer I got to hide the overharverst pattern and severe scaring all over the back of my head is "please, cut is shorter" despite it being a skinfade on one of the picture.

Also the inplanted hair is around 30% of what was extracted. And it doesnt even match the natural hair.
Despite being on minoxidil and Finastride.

Makes it even more obvious why clinic want people to leave 5-star reviews straight after procedure.

I recently had my hair transplant at Clinicana (20.11.25) and I’m genuinely impressed with how professional and well-run the entire experience was.

Everything was clearly organized from the beginning — transport, accommodation, clinic visits — which immediately removed a lot of stress. The clinic is extremely clean and modern, and the staff were welcoming, calm, and reassuring at every stage.

A special mention has to go to my interpreter, Ecem, who was absolutely fantastic. She explained everything clearly, was always available for questions, and made sure I felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. Having someone so attentive and supportive made a huge difference, especially during a medical procedure in another country.

What also stood out was the level of care and attention to detail from the medical team. They took their time during the consultation, explained the plan thoroughly, and made sure expectations were realistic. On the day of the procedure, everything felt controlled and precise. The team worked efficiently but never rushed.

The procedure itself was far easier than I expected. Post-op instructions were clear and easy to follow, and the follow-up support has been excellent so far — they continue to check in and answer questions, which gave me a lot of confidence.

Although it’s still early in the healing process, the graft placement already looks very clean and natural, and I’m excited to see the final result over the coming months.

Very organised clinic, from first contact to post-operative care. Being a surgeon myself, having surgery on my body can be difficult to take. However, I was always reassured by the excellent communication and the skills of the surgical team.
I am 2 weeks postoperatively and everything is going well so far.
