Doesn’t work as well as a free function on Microsoft word or even the iPhone recording. Furthermore they tried overcharging me after I canceled and can’t even own up to the issue. Email responses were an absolute joke “ Sorry for the inconvenience. The attempted charge was caused by a bug on a third-party system, which led to the issue you experienced. Please rest assured that we are processing refunds for any affected charges, should you have been billed.

Great transcription tool that has helped me turn long lectures into a readable transcript that also, through clipto, can be turned into notes through their AI feature. I've been using it for a year now and would suggest it to other students, especially if you have classes that include long lectures on Canvas.
