I would put zero stars if I could. I never agreed to any charges. I tried to cancel the subscription many times and then they took forever to finally cancel it. They offered a “courtesy” partial refund for one month after stealing from me for MANY months. Don’t give them your information. Buyer beware.

I am very happy with the transcript of podcasts that I like to transcribe. Sometimes it is at 2X the normal speed with some background noise and everything is transcribed perfectly.

Our company discovered recurring charges during a financial review. No one internally recognized the account or merchant name.

We received no identifiable invoices or operational communications to the monitored finance address. Cancellation was processed, but they insisted to make the next month's charges, but refund requests were denied despite no identifiable usage.

Update 11.5.2026:
The account was unrecognised and the unauthorised charges were never reversed. What a scam.

I am not happy at all. Their services is trash. I had canceled my subscription in February and in March they activated my subscription and took my money. I placed a complaint for what they had done, requesting a refund they said they won't be able to as the account is activated but what they will do is cancel my subscription and such will never occur. Which that happened in March. April went by fine. Now why in May they are taking my money from my account as I have not activated my account. Was my account not canceled?

I used it once and it did what I needed but I decided to go a different route. I tried canceling it before my free trial ended but, it turns out that I only "paused" it. Which it automatically resubsribed me and charged $25 with 0 warning. When asked for a refund they told me they wouldn't despite only having used once. Very shady

I use Clipto.AI to transcribe videos which I upload to NotebookLM so I can learn new skills or process new ideas. Clipto.AI has been invaluable. I tried to trim my (many, so many, too many) subscriptions (aka monthly costs) but I had to keep Clipto.AI. It is just too useful week to week.

The way it handles content structure is actually quite intuitive. It does a great job of breaking down a recording into distinct topics and identifying exactly what is being discussed at any given moment. Instead of just handing you a massive block of text, it provides a clear roadmap of the conversation, which saves a lot of time when you’re trying to find specific points in a long meeting or lecture.

That said, if you are working primarily with Brazilian Portuguese, you should expect to do some manual cleaning. The transcription accuracy for PT-BR isn't quite where it needs to be yet. It tends to trip up on certain inflections or regional phrasing, leading to some clunky sentences that don't always reflect the original audio perfectly.

Essentially, you’re trading off linguistic precision for excellent structural summaries. If you need a tool that can tell you "who said what and when" in a well-organized format, Clipto AI is very effective, provided you're willing to overlook - and fix - the occasional transcription error in Portuguese.
