Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! Would 100% recommend. From the team booking and doing the survey to the crew who turned up on the day. Really polite, professional and friendly and would definitely use again or recommend.

Working with Clockwork was a pleasure from start to finish. Moving house is not the easiest thing to do but from initial quote to moving day Clockwork took care of us to make that part of the move as less stressful as it could have been.

The first time Ross came to our old house, we felt reasured that our home wud be in good hands, & we were not wrong. From the time 2 lovely gentlemen came & packed up our home into storage & then a few weeks later, the same 2 men, brought it all out into our new home, just wonderfully!!! They worked together very well, putting every thing where we wanted it, with great care & safety. We moved from a 3 bed semi, to a smallish 2 bed bungalow, but they got it in all neatly stacked up,like a jigsaw. One of the gentlemen when moving our home out, found my grand daughters Apple Watch that she had lost ages ago, What an honest person, he is. You shud congratulate him Clockwork , for his honesty & integrity. Nothing had been broken or damaged in allthe time in storage & brought back out. All the staff in the office, are excellent at their jobs, & helped us with paper work/ payment & advice. Also lovely people. You shud also congratulate them also for their proffesionalism slso. The name really suits the buisness, We lived in our previous house for 31&a half years, so a bit worried about the furniture going into storage, but we need not have worried. Thank u Clockwork, for a job well done.

The quality of the 2 lads who moved us they were absolutely brilliant over the 2 days. I can’t praise the work ethic of those 2 guys enough. Nothing was too much bother for them. I was extra be stressed out over the 2 days but that never happened as they just dealt with everything. All done to the 2 guys who moved us.

Awesome service from start to finish from Clockwork. Got a good feeling from the outset with our survey by Rob V, fantastic customer service throughout from Jade, especially as our completion date kept changing. On the day, we had a great team in Rob, Rich & young Rob who had us fully packed in less than 3 hours. They then had to wait around at our new house for hours until we finally got the keys at 1645 hrs. Unperturbed, they got on with unloading without complaint. They could not be more helpful, professional and accepting of any requests we made and they really are a credit to Clockwork and indeed the wider industry. Price wise, they were very competitive against the 4 quotes we obtained and were definitely worth every penny we paid. Having been in the forces, we had moved many times, this was number 16, so knew what to expect and these guys were the best. Thank you

Clockwork were competitive and comparable price wise. The local office staff were very helpful with answering questions and queries regarding different practical matters.
The team of 3 that moved us were really friendly, helpful guys who worked hard and swiftly but with care to load our furniture etc for our move. They made the horror stories I had heard about moving days fade into oblivion, I am sure the day would have been far more stressful without these guys. Nothing was too much trouble. Thank you for everything.

What amazing guys we had to help us move. Couldn’t have done it without them. Little late to write this review as we moved mid April but we couldn’t forget to give credit where it was due. So friendly and did not stop all day!! Would definitely use them again. Thanks Paul, Adam, Luke and Tom!!

Lazy from the off, apart from 2 that were assigned to my greenhouse. Poor attitude, very slow getting to new property, complained about packing which I had added before the day, broke so many items that would not be covered by insurance due to sentimental value. Not a trolley on site, all carried out and in by hand. Only sped up, when I told them I would not be happy to wait for the 4th van on the Monday. It was hot and they just wanted a beer! I would never recommend other than to stay clear.

Clockwork removals helped us out very last minute when another company didn't turn up on the day of our move! They were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Really helped take the stress away from moving house. The men were professional but also liked the have a good laugh, knew what they were doing and made sure all our belongings were safe. Would definitely recommend to anyone moving house and would use them again if needed (hopefully not moving house again though haha)!

We moved house this week & it was an amazing experience. Didn’t know what to expect with the full packing service but the men turned up on time & had our whole house packed up in a couple of hours! They were great at their job, happy to wait when needed and unloaded everything promptly & into the rooms needed. Would definitely recommend, thank you so much!

Everyone involved in my move was helpful, respectful and showed a great deal of empathy. On arriving at my new property, everything that could go wrong did. The previous owner who should have vacated, still had a house full of furniture to move out. My drivers from Clockwork eventually ran out of hours. Clockwork instantly arranged overnight storage and for re-delivery the next morning. It was for me an extremely stressful experience. Everyone involved from Clockwork had the entire situation under control. I am so grateful for having chosen this company to carry out my removal. Thank you.

Clockwork looked after us very well. It was a slightly complicated house move with 4 journeys and storage. It all went to plan and very smoothly. All the staff involved were friendly and helpful.

Really amenable office team and on site team. Slight issue that the team set off to the new property before completely emptying the house and confusion around what was and wasn't to be dismantled, but quickly rectified. The leaving the property early might have been that they felt pressure to leave as our buyers turned up and started moving their stuff in (!) but communication around this would have been beneficial. Unloading the other end went really smoothly.
