Clockwork Removals and Storage - Sheffield Reviews 

Great couple of chaps came and packed everything inside the house on the Thursday, all neat and stacked up in various rooms. Next day four guys turned up, dismantled things that needed dismantling, along the garage and garden stuff, all this then went in the big lorry and unpacked the other end in about 3 hours, a really great bunch of chaps, keep them fed and watered! First time we’ve moved without doing it ourselves, really recommend it.

Every aspect of the move went well no problems whatsoever. The lads on the van worked really hard and managed the move in one day. Considering a 235 mile move I was impressed. Would recommend to anyone moving home.

Great work, very efficient

This was part of an International move and Clockwork were responsible for the packing. In our opinion the crew that came to collect the load were not very professional. There was very little liaison between the packers and the client. When we received the load in Spain, with a delivery company it was immediately noticeable that the company delivering the load were far more professional and helpful.
We immediately advised clockwork with photographic proof of very poor packing and breakages. All clockwork did was pass us on to the Insurance company which also showed little interest what had happened especially when you have paid a large amount od Insurance cover, having just arrived in a new country the Insurance wanted the customer to do all the leg work and they paid as little in compensation as they could. As the title suggest's we would not recommend Clockwork removals.

Lovely company to deal with. Surveyor made an accurate assessment of what was needed and the removal team were extremely professional.

Easy to book friendly staff arrived on time very efficient and professional moved us from Sheffield to Bridlington without any fuss all unpacked in no time .
The guy,s were brilliant would be happy to have them again no worries .

My recent move went without a hitch, thanks to the guys that moved me. They were efficient, didn’t waste time and were extremely helpful all day.
Everything was put where I asked and my furniture was rebuilt quickly.
I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to others.

Really good service from Clockwork Removals, super helpful and friendly. There was one item which was damaged in moving (and they had prewarned me it already had a crack on it and would possibly break further before they even moved it), which they then fixed as soon as it got to the new place.

The guys were very professional from start to finish. The surveyor was excellent, the removing guys were careful with our stuff. All in all, an altogether pleasant experience at a stressful time (moving house!!!).

I've used these twice over the last 2 years and they've been perfect and in my view gone above and beyond their scope and especially the last time I used them with the bloke and his 2 sons.

Me and my daughter were very impressed with how smoothly the move was and how the staff were very helpful, especially as we as carers were moving a severely disabled person to their new home. The removal men did everything as instructed and were understanding of the pressure we were under to make sure everything was as stress free as possible for our disabled client. We are so glad we chose Clockwork removals!

The initial consultation was prompt and professional. The guys that did the removal were lovely and did an amazing job!

DO NOT use this company! We originally had our furniture stored with AB Castle, Sheffield but were advised that they could no longer provide us with storage facilities - it would be transferred to a company called Clockwork. We had an option to move the furniture elsewhere, but we decided to stay with Clockwork due to AB Castle’s recommendation. Big mistake!

When we no longer required the storage facilities, we have notice to Clockwork and made arrangements to collect our goods. This is when we found out that they had subcontracted to Speights AND at a fraction of the cost - £9 per week +VAT as opposed to the £16 per week +VAT Clockwork were charging us. We also found out that Clockwork had advised Speights that they could charge them more - if they wanted to!

Despite the fact that Clockwork were no longer storing our goods, they were still charging us full price for a service they had contracted out cheaper elsewhere.

They are an absolute scam of a company. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!

We would highly recommend Clockwork Removals, Sheffield.

Our planned move from Sheffield to York on Tuesday 11 April was not as straight forward as it should have been.

Clockwork were truly wonderful in adapting our removal needs. Special thanks to Dave in the office for his understanding nature and advice. Also the wonderful men who loaded and unloaded all our possessions with care.

Reliable, thorough, professional, friendly service - we had pack-up service, remove, storage for 6 months , then deliver back from storage. This is the 3rd time we have used Clockwork and we wouldn’t dream of using anyone else. They take greater care of our stuff than WE would!!!!!!!!!!

I booked with clockworks with a cancellation insurance as my moving date wasn't confirmed. When the move changed dates, clockworks we're not available on the amended date so I asked for a refund to be able to book with a different company, was told yes, this wasn't an issue. I have now moved to my new house with a different company, and after several calls and emails clockworks have still not refunded me, I am owed above 900£ for a service I didn't get and had insurance against this in case this would happen. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

When I was looking for a removals company, Clockwork removals was the only company that offered me an in person survey and quote at a time that suited me. The survey was carried out very professionally by someone who clearly had a lot of experience of judging the amount of space we would need, and the quote arrived very quickly afterwards. The online system for accepting the quote was incredibly efficient and the team in the office were very polite and helpful in arranging a moving date. The customer service was excellent from start to finish. Lee and the team who helped us on the day were very friendly and hardworking and they gave us some great advice for dealing with the solicitors in order to get moved that day. David in the office was very efficient and courteous and immediately made me feel at ease despite the stress of the day.
