Brilliant company for there kink stuff and customer service
I ordered a harness and it arrived with a defective button which was a shame but I contacted them and they arranged a quick and easy repair. I took it to the London Soho location because I was in the area then it came back to me in the post. They're customer service is very friendly and trustworthy, definitely recommend this company.

First time visit to this store (any store of this nature) and I can honestly say without Cris’ help I would have been totally lost. There is a huge variety of clothing & gear, toys available and I was a bit lost as to what I was after. Cris really went out of his way to help me get sorted with some outfits for an event I was going to that night, and I felt absolutely great in it and got many compliments on it. Excellent Customer Service That Went the Extra Mile
Had a small issue while trying to place an online order during a promotional sale, but Cheryl in customer service was just brilliant! She helped me through step by step, got me my order despite one of the items having gone out of stock, and checked they still applied the promotional price reduction. It is a treat to be able to have this sort of devoted and cheerful service—the way everything was sorted out so efficiently really impressed me. Massive thanks to Cheryl and staff!
