Purchase was sent with security tag on
Purchase was sent with security tag still on it so it couldn't be used. I emailed to request a return label but got no reply. Had to make a 34 mile round trip to the closest shop so they could sort it.
Not the first time the mail order team have got it wrong; I was sent the wrong size on a previous order.

The product was not for me it was a unwanted gift so I returned it back to Clonezone and they refunded me thay are a good fair company which I only use

I bought a product that failed.
The replacement product failed the same way.
By way of an apology I was sent a more expensive replacement made by a different manufacturer.

Quick delivery and super helpful customer service. I emailed to ask when an item would be back in stock. Received a response from Cheryl who advised they were back in stock so I could place an order.
