Great Customer Service & Support
I've had great support from both Cheryl and Diego as I was searching to acquire some items that were out of stock, prior to my holiday. Emails and calls went back and forth, resulting in my purchase of multiple items. I can't thank them both enough, and hopefully my goods will arrive in time for that break.

Purchase was sent with security tag on
Purchase was sent with security tag still on it so it couldn't be used. I emailed to request a return label but got no reply. Had to make a 34 mile round trip to the closest shop so they could sort it.
Not the first time the mail order team have got it wrong; I was sent the wrong size on a previous order.
