It cost me money simply to order after returning BEWARE
After seeing an advert on Instagram I thought they look good so I placed an order That was the easy bit.
When my order arrived the sizes were way smaller then the usual brands I buy from so I wanted to return and to replace the items for bigger sizes, However this is where everything got interesting, I was told I would have to reorder and I was also told I would loose the discount I had got so the items were more expensive and I would have to pay for a restocking fee and pay for the returns myself. Unbelievable so buy purchasing I was already out of pocket, I contacted them and sure enough my £27.49 order had cost me £8.94 simply for ordering with them. If I re ordered the replacement order was going to be £35+
So I have had to send the items back and am waiting on my refund.
This crazy system is going to turn customers away from you, I will never order anything from you whilst this is the case which is a shame as the stuff looked great.
I genuinely would love to have ordered more but not when you have treated me like this on my first order.
You cant justify this and you wont be in business long with this model of customer service.
Customer service just didn't care or want to know.
I has made me so mad at the way i have been treated I needed to let people know, you cant take money from people for nothing and get away with it. Closure is a good name because that's where you are heading.
