I bought the five and it is beautiful product, the wood is top quality and fitting instructions were great. Customer service was also great when I had questions about delivery.

Quality handcrafted wooden prop.
I purchased a wooden prop from Clothesmaid after tiring of buying numerous cheap plastic ones that didn't last. I couldn't find a store that made or supplied the original sturdy wooden props I was looking for.
I found Clothesmaid on line and found just what I'd been looking for.
The quality of the wood and how well it has been crafted is excellent. It is extendable and so easy to assemble.
There was a slight delay in delivery but I was kept informed by the courier so it wasn't a issue. Communication was key. I am very satisfied and happy with the customer service I received and quality of the product.

After installing a wooden slats ceiling…
After installing a wooden slats ceiling airer for which I paid £89.98, I emailed asking if I could have the £2.99 rubber grippers that prevent the slats from slipping. The reply was that these are not a necessity and I could purchase these. Although I felt they are a necessity, as otherwise why would they supply them, I went to order them, but thought the £5.99 delivery charge on top of £2.99 was a bit much. My second email politely asking if these could be supplied with free p&p was not even responded to. Failure in customer service.

Happy long-term user
Bought my 6 slat pulley airer 15 years ago, but after an extended stay in the basement (after moving) it needed new screw pulleys. Ordered online, swiftly received, and everything is as new. Very happy customer.

Could easily be the worst delivery service I've ever had!!
Parcel was left at the wrong address, I had to chase it and then go search myself before I finally found where it was. I have emailed clothesmaid to let them know but I have not received any response.
