Incorrect bet calculation
I placed a bet on the line, but a few minutes later I noticed the match was already live and almost finished. The bet was lost, and Cloudbet refuses to refund the bet.

But the problem is I was promoted to post the review and I did it honestly but why am I editing this ? Hi Ger, we checked with the game provider. From your videos there was an input on the mines grid. This could happen when your finger is too close to the screen on phone (like on the video you sent) or your screen has a malfunction that it's intermittently inputting.

They didn't give me my money
I had months of experience on that site, and whenever I won small amounts of money, they would deposit it for me. But when I tried to withdraw $2200, they canceled my withdrawal and asked for identification documents and proof of residence. Since I intended to gamble anonymously, I gave up on claiming my money. It hurts even more knowing that money could have been used to help my sick son.
