I had years of experience on that site, and whenever I won small amounts of money, they would deposit it for me. But when I tried to withdraw $650, they canceled my withdrawal and asked for identification documents and proof of residence. Since I intended to gamble anonymously, I gave up on claiming my money.

Cloudbet blocked my verified account and froze my funds for up to 6 months without any valid reason
I’ve been a loyal Cloudbet user with a fully verified Gold 2 account, always playing fair and only on big markets. Today I deposited 2,000 USDT, placed several regular bets — and suddenly my account was blocked.
Support claimed there’s an “investigation” that could take up to six months, yet when I asked where this is written in their Terms & Conditions, they admitted it’s not mentioned anywhere and called it an “internal procedure.”
My balance of $2,300 is now frozen. No explanation, no specific reason, no clear timeframe. This is completely unacceptable and non-transparent behavior from a licensed operator.
Cloudbet holds players’ money without legal grounds. I will file an official complaint to Curaçao eGaming

A very good site to play using crypto currency. Fast withdrawal and they offer lowest withdrawal unlike other site that requires $15 upward to be able to withdraw from their site. But, it will be nice if you guys introduce more markets to choose from when it comes to sport. I decided to use Cloudbet because they clearly advertise that there are no limits on winning accounts. However, after some time of regular and legitimate activity, my account was suddenly limited without any valid explanation. This goes directly against what they promote and feels like misleading advertising. Transparency and consistency are essential in this industry, and Cloudbet failed to deliver both in my case.

Hello I was regularly betting without any problem and last i place bets on russian basketball game and after that i saw my account gone blocked and when i contact them they said below..

"Your account is blocked while we conduct a betting integrity investigation."

They said they need six months to investigate this. Are you kidding guys in this modern world you need 6 month for what review there is no rules and regulations violated by me.
Is sports gaming is illigal? Why do you do like that?

I became a Cloudbet customer quite recently, mainly because of the many positive Trustpilot reviews. Until recently I was also satisfied.

Then something very unpleasant happened. On September 16 I was still able to make several deposits and place sports bets, which were settled as wins. Shortly afterwards my account was suddenly suspended without any prior warning. From that moment on my wallet only showed a balance of zero and both the deposits and winnings seemed to have disappeared.

I had already proactively informed Cloudbet support about a misunderstanding with a second account and was told the security team would get in touch with me. Instead, the account was suspended without further clarification.

After days of back and forth with support, I am happy to say that I was finally able to withdraw a first part of my balance. This is a very positive sign and I want to thank Cloudbet for making that possible.

At the same time, I am still waiting for full clarification regarding the remaining deposits and winnings. I really hope Cloudbet will continue on this fair path and resolve the case completely.

I trusted Cloudbet because of the many very positive reviews here, and I still hope that my case will also end with a positive resolution.

There is an option to ask for wager limits increases for sportsbook but all of them are rejected with explanation that it's companies discretion to allow or deny. Of course all of them are rejected leaving you the possibility to wager only pennies.

So far, the vibe is really bad, to be honest. I still have several open bets, and when I try to make my first withdrawal of 111 USD, I get the error "an error just occurred" and it won't let me withdraw my funds. I tried all the networks, but none of them let me. I spoke to support, and I still haven't gotten an answer as to why I can't withdraw my funds even though my account is fully verified.

I'm hoping for a solution to modify my review, because I placed my bets at this bookmaker precisely because of the good reviews they had.
