1 dosage short
Instead of the standard 4 dosages for the month I received an injection which only has 3 dosages when I paid for the full months supply

Absolutely appalling customer service.
I paid for medication that I never received, yet Cloud Pharmacy refused to take any responsibility or offer a refund. Instead, they repeatedly tried to pass the blame onto their courier, despite my contract being with them.
Every response felt like a copy-and-paste template, with no real attempt to address my concerns or acknowledge my statutory rights. For a company supplying prescription medication, I expected far better.
I will not be using Cloud Pharmacy again and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering.
