Customer service is excellent, really pleased with my experience purchasing from the company.

* update 2/9/25, there seems to have been an issue with items being delivered and the company are working on this. items will be dispatched asap. Now this has been communicated rating updated to reflect.

Placed order on Wednesday and completed checkout within 9 minutes of website opening for the latest drop. No tracking details for order so reached out on Friday and got a response saying the would look into it and not heard anything back since. The order was placed with tracked 24hr delivery and it’s now been 120 hours and no sign of my order and no response back from my emails.

Very quick replies and handy at problem solving

Poor quality products, non existent communication when you try to contact to arrange a return & refund. Website information that isn’t fit for purpose. Would not recommend this brand to anyone.

Please please please ignore every bad review you see here! Quality of products are second to none, customer service also matches that! Any question I’ve had has been answered within 24 hours which this day and age is absolutely un-heard of! Cannot fault this brand and their service!

Scammers. They dont reply back to you. Also if you wish to return you cannot access the website although they suggest you do. But due to they only give access related to drops you wont be able to acces the website even for rettens. FYI. Not true to size and they dont pay for any import tax/customs so have that in mind.

Had some issues with my order. Emailed customer service and within a few days they had made contact and then worked through sorting things out. Really good service

Absolutely incredible. The quality and pricing are too good and the styles are as good as some of the more premium brands. I paid 3 quid standard delivery and both times it's arrived within 1 to 2 days, highly highly recommend!

The customer service I received was outstanding! The representative was incredibly helpful, patient, and went above and beyond to resolve my issue. I'm thoroughly impressed with the level of care and attention I was given.

Products look great at first glance. But they are so so poor in terms of quality. I’ve recently purchased 3 t shirts and a pair of the black satin swim shorts. Having worn 1 T and the shorts I washed them as per the instructions on the label inside the products. The logo on the shorts have begun to fade off after 1 wear and wash. And the the T shirt.. I purchased a size large. It’s now barely even a small. Disappointed would be an understatement. Don’t even wanna wear the other 2 tops now cause it’s pointless if they are just going to shrink in the wash.

Great quality clothing, top customer service team and fast and reliable shipping. Love all of the CLUB1984 drops and find myself getting an item or two every drop. Love the fit and feel of their clothing. Recently had a return (as I was trying two sizes) and the return process was quick and simple. Sara was a massive help in getting that sorted.

I have been a loyal member of the brand for over two years now. Firstly the quality of the brand and the design styles is something I've always appreciated. However for the first time I experienced an issue with the print coming off and I filed a complaint. My complaint was handled efficiently and effectively by Sara who was professional, polite and found an effective resolution by providing me a range of options such as a refund and exchange. I was very impressed as I received my t shirt the very next day! This definitely has want me to continue to support the brand and continue to purchase the excellent clothing they sell!

I have been emailing back and forth with a few different people and the service has been fantastic I have now been given a gift card to use when it opens up again my son already has the T-shirt I bought so will get him a different one once it opens up

Always love the clothing I have purchased, never had any issues but had a missing shipment which the team have been great resolving the issue, can’t recommend enough.
