Fabulous fun day out for anyone. Such a laugh and gets'you working together. Different puzzles uses different strengths.
My only little negative is some of the puzzels'needed more explanation as they didn't seem to work. Otherwise it would be a 10/5 and not 4

Although we were unable tobparticipate in the challenge that I purchased, customer service was wonderful in responding to my emails.. Quickly and completely.
They even offered assisyance to participate at a later time!

The app works perfectly. And the story was realistic, the evidence and testimonies as well
I think that if the clues were somehow related to the real scenery it would be sooo much better! Like getting a picture of... or even if there were live actors playing the part of some of the witnesses or suspects! oh my that would upgrade the experience to another level!!

Too confusing on how to start and get going, how to navigate between the locations, got a 10 minute penalty for opening a location but couldn't see we had any other option. Didn't let us know we had landed at a location so 6 of us stood in a city centre waving phones about. The game itself didn't really flow and was by far self explanatory so we felt a bit lost and stuck and ended up going for lunch and shopping instead. The only up side was it only cost £18 so between the 6 of us wasn't expensive and got everyone together. Concept is great, probably good for those that have done geocaching and stuff before, but it wasn't any good for us. My suggestion would be to start off simple, maybe give some easier clues and get everyone going. We'd give up before solving the first clue

A fabulous day out as a family in Pretoria for crime scenes. Our third CluedUpp experience and the best one to date as much more use of grey cells needed.

The Murder by Magic experience in Antwerp was a letdown, not worth its 75 euro price. It lacked enjoyment, feeling more like a confusing punishment. Every move incurred penalties, with poor guidance. It's disheartening to invest time and money in something so lacking in entertainment. We're left disillusioned, feeling our euros were wasted.

Not what we expected. It was just running around in circles. Only 2 spots were linked to the city.

I booked for a murder mystery game but due to weather warnings for the day, I requested to cancel and reschedule via email. I got prompt response from the organisers and was very helpful. They were very understandable of the situation. I had to purchase only a flex pass worth €4 only to amend my booking. After that, they sent me a voucher code to book any other future suitable events. The voucher is valid for a year. Very impressive! Thank u for your amazing customer service!!!!

Bought tickets for me and my coworkers but life happens and we can’t attend the one we booked. I did purchase the additional fee for a few dollars to allow us to change dates. I emailed Cluedup today and was immediately sent a code to use to attend a different date. Customer service is excellent!

you always make our day out the best! Deffo recommend..we have completed the Smurf hunt and C.S.I..we took a lot longer to complete the csi one as we combined it with a pub crawl!

We have done the Smurf one before, and we quite enjoyed it, so we thought we’d do the csi one, as we all enjoy a bit of sleuthing! But unfortunately we were disappointed.
The over all game became monotonous and boring, there was no interaction with our phones, other than a confusing dialogue that had nothing to do with the surrounding area at all.
Half our group gave up through boredom 1/2 way round, as it seemed the leader was getting all the mini games, and it was a shame, as 4 of them hadn’t done a game before, and I think it’s put them off now. Think there needs to be visual clues, like posters,or people, so that everyone can join in, even if their phone was playing up with signal, there needs to be a bit of sense to the map and maybe actual clues relating to the town your playing in, as we just see the same 4 roads of our town and they are back roads of a town

Excellent customer service. I accidentally bought more tickets than I needed. I emailed the team and I was refunded with no fuss.

After eagerly awaiting the csi event in glasgow I was struck down with food poisoning the night before the event, I tried everything the morning of the event to be able to go but unfortunately just felt awful. I assumed it would be too short notice to change to another date however I emailed on the off chance and got the loveliest response from Paul. He was so professional and replied within minutes also offering different options so we didnt lose our ticket.

I think amazing customer service has to be recognised these days as it just doesn't seem to exist anymore and Paul certainly made me feel a very valued , happy customer. First class customer service in my opinion! Definitely made good customers out of our group and cant wait for the next event! thanks again.

I’ve been on three CluedUpp experiences so far and they’ve all been great, you can choose events based on their theme and wander around your city of choice answering clues and solving puzzles. I was too unwell to attend the most recent event, but when I contacted the team, they let me transfer the tickets to a future event. All I had to do was purchase a £3 flex pass and it meant I didn’t lose my original ticket purchase. Thank you for the wonderful customer service CluedUpp team!

Had to cancel at the last minute due to injury however customer services were lovely and able to help with the flexi pass to use the voucher for an other event in the future.

There are always flaws when it comes to technology. When the customer service is this good it doesn’t even matter what happened. My issue got solved so quickly I was surprised.

Great affordable family fun that gets ya out the house and active outside. Customer service if u need it is prompt through email too!
