Great quality product (Single Stage Regulator), really well made and solid - adjustment is very fine. Came well packed, with tools and links to dedicated set up videos for that product. I did look at getting one off an auction site/major shopping platform, but given the co2 high pressures involved glad I went with something quality and a very reasonable price.

Had one post install question and they got back to me supper quick.

Fantastic bit of kit. No more messing about for ages trying to outwit the "booby trap valves". Swapped with this one. Cylinder in freezer for a couple of hours. Connected to 6.3Kg big cylinder. 30 seconds later, my cylinder refilled with 535g. Did a washing up liquid test........no bubbles hence, gas tight. Thanks guys

Found the website on a search for co2 products.
Had everything I needed in stock and a very quick dispatch and delivery.
Items I ordered are amazing quality, highly recommend the spiral petal diffuser as it looks stunning in the tank. Email after dispatch with instructions for every item purchased is a great touch to the experience.
There was a picking issue that I was sent a glass check valve rather than a glass bubble counter, this was resolved very quickly and the item I originally ordered arrived in less than 24 hours.
Highly recommend this business and I will definitely purchase co2 products from here only.

I would like to say WOW exceptional level of service friendly, helpful beyond expectations. They helped me immensely with all my questions about the product, gave me great advice I normally don’t write reviews but on this occasion I had to. Bought a complete Co2 system which arrived well packaged and supported by detailed set up instructions in an email. Had issues with no Co2 diffusion into tank and reached out to Co2 Supermarket. I was supported by Martin who got me up and running in 2 emails.
Fantastic response time and excellent customer service.

The cylinder turned up in good time and was exactly as the

Great customer service, great equipment. I have purchased three of the nano Co2 kits!

Earlier, I posted my experience with Martin the sole trader of CO2 Supermarket. He posted his response but then emailed me direct and I post that below.

Reading the reviews giving 1 and 2 ratings you will see that nearly all claim/state that he gets more and more aggressive, nasty and name calling.

I invite you all to have a read (below) and make your own judgement or come to your own conclusions to what sort of a person he is.

This all goes to prove that as long as things go right he can be quite pleasant but if you have a problem then watch out, it's everyone else who is at fault....NOT HIM OR HIS BUSINESS. Oh, and yes, Martin is quite right, I cannot or will not let it go as I want to warn people what they are in for if and when things go wrong. Les:-

Ha ha, I knew you'd edit your review, I just knew it! But how did I know...? Because I've come to realise who you are; you are a very sad, angry little man who clearly has nothing better going on in his life than to argue and try to drag other people down and you simply couldn't let this lie, you're the kind of person who just has to have the last word - that's how I knew.

You will have to forgive me, I did you the good service of assuming you might possess a brain cell to understand that when I said we didn't sell fzone products, you might realise WE DON'T SELL WHAT YOU'RE LOOKING FOR, and you'd then go away. If I'd known from the outset you were a nut-job I wouldn't have replied at all! Like I say, it's my fault for continuing to engage with you - I should have trusted my gut and ceased communication earlier.
I've run this business for over 12 years, and from time to time I do encounter people like you, but thankfully the vast majority are nice, pleasant people who I get along with just fine, and people like you are the minority.

On that note, I will leave you to your sad little angry life. Imagine, being 72 years old, perhaps not long to live and spending your remaining time behaving like this. How sad. How pathetic.
