The kit was well packaged and arrived in perfect condition. Easy to set up, following the instructions on their website, although I did feel the need to contact them with a couple of points that I wasn't sure of. I had an almost immediate reply and my questions were answered. So, no worries about customer service. The kit all seems to be great quality and I'm now looking forward to seeing the results.

First of all was the very swift delivery with the parcel arriving in good protective packaging.
With the good instructions, the equipment was set up and ready to go very quickly and easily( even for an 83 year old).
I found the company to be efficient and friendly and would recommend them for aquarium CO2 equipment and advice without hesitation

This is the 2nd kit I've bought from Co2 supermarket. This time, it was the nano kit. No surprise that it a arrived quickly, carefully packaged. Unfortunately the diffuser was faulty, there was nothing visible to the eye but it leaked from the collar. Zero drama though. I sent an email with a vid clip of what was happening and a replacement was sent the same day.

It's all working a treat now, I have it on an automated plug timer.

Received a regulator but for some reason the thread would not screw onto my Co2 cylinder. I contacted Co2 Supermarket who were most perplexed but extremely helpful. They sent me a replacement nut and the whole thing went together perfectly
