Scum ***** I hope you get the karma you deserve for what you put that poor man through! Absolutely disgusting

It's a pity I couldn't put a minus I have been with these 2 years worst thing I ever did never took my complaints seriously charged me illegal service charges which took a year to sort out had nothing but problems with my neighbour been refused by the manager a few times for a transfer told them about my neighbours illegal nasty dog several times they not interested worst housing association ever when I move out I will never return to these I would rather be homeless housing officer really is useless I'm paying for a caretaker I have never met and he has done nothing for me or my flat absolutely disgusted with them and if you got any problems they literally don't care but quick enough to chase you for money if its owed but will never correct any problems stay well clear and go elsewhere or private

Coastal homes took over management of my HMO property just over a year ago.
Due to previous mismanagement we had numerous problems involving difficult tenants, building defects and legal compliance.
Lola, Kylie and the team have worked through all the issues in a methodical and efficient manner and have turned the property around.
I cannot fault the service and would recommend them to any landlord. I only wish I had found them earlier.

I've used Coastal for a while, having used others locally, and found them both efficient and helpful.
As I live a long way away, by far the most helpful aspect has been the fair rates for their handymen etc.
This means I can trust them not to rip me off, and don't have to arrange my own workmen for tiny jobs, therefore I would recommend Coastal

The staff are warm, friendly and helpful and very willing to go the extra mile to help in any way they can. Dealing with them is a pleasure and I am happy to recommend them to others.

Very pleased with the service this company provide. From beginning to end they made it simple and straight forward. Would use them time and time again and recommend them to anyone thinking of renting or letting their properties.

I have used this company to manage my properties for a number of years. I always find them to be very helpful. They carry our regular property inspections, keep me up to date with gas/electrical inspections that need to be carried out. If needed they will send people to carry those out for me if I dont have time to arrange it. The phone calls and email are always polite.
One of the apartments I sold asked them to manage the whole block of apartments for them.
I have no hesitation in recommending Coastal Homes.

This company is by far the most professional Letting Agents we have used in North Wales. The service is exceptional and the staff friendly and easy to deal with. We only wish we had found them sooner !

Their telephone manner is acceptable and their manner face to face in their office is adequate but i don't recommend this company. They send abrupt emails. They don't care about people. They care only about property. They need to be more person centred. I don't trust this company. Some of their lettings terms are actually illegal, (they sometimes refuse to allow their tenants to choose their own energy suplliers).
