I would give 0 stars if possible. Booked via the website, recieved a email confirmation then was ignored for over two weeks. Phone calls ring out to voicemail, voicemails are then followed up by a text message saying "please txt your enquiry through and one of the team will get back to you thanks" - no one gets back to you. Ive ended up booking another company who have already been 10x better. Will never be using again

Castle was really late turning up, no answer on any phone/email/social anything! When it did arrive it was soaking and filthy, even had a few snails on there. Kids had been looking forward to it so all the neighbours cleaned and dried it. The guy from Cobra said it had been left overnight at a pub outside, said we could have it overnight to apologise, then 2 men came around that evening and collected it anyway regardless of the promise of us keeping it overnight, they were really short and rude with the neighbour, the kids were gutted.

Absolutely disgusting company . They took my deposit and ignored multiple emails, phone calls and texts. I then looked at their reviews and realised my castle wouldn't even be turning up . Avoid at all costs.

Disgraceful customer service. Booked a bouncy castle which was confirmed via text. Then I was ghosted for over a week when I asked for insurance proof for the venue- they claimed we had to have insurance ourselves which is actually laughable. I’ve never ever had to take out my own insurance to hire a bouncy castle, after ringing, emailing and texting with no response I text and asked to cancel. They replied and said ‘never had any space anyway’ yet they were happy to take my deposit and no doubt not turn up or contact on the day. DO NOT USE!

I had the VIP party tent booked for my son’s 18th Birthday. I had all his decorations in the silver and black theme to match the tent. I got a text to confirm the day before . To then get a call 15minutes before they turned up to say that the tent I ordered was not waterproof and they was giving me an alternative! They gave me a damaged black igloo that looked a show. No ground sheet, it was ripped in multiple places and taped together. It absolutely stunk . It’s filthy inside and out. I was not in when they delivered my husband accepted as he wasn’t aware of the state it was in. I called and text to get them to come back and collect and was ignored. I complained the next day when it was collected to be told the owner would call me and I am still waiting. This was a big special birthday for my son and I am disgusted in what they considered a suitable replacement.

Ordered 2 weeks ago, a bouncer with slide - party morning the guys delivered a castle that didn't have a slide which we would have dealt with but no the castle they had also had a hole in it that couldn't be mended so left in the lurch for a 4th birthday party

Dreadful communication and then let us down at the last minute for a Church Fayre. Avoid at all costs!!!

If I could give less stars than 1 I would. Never showed and couldn’t get in touch with the company. All the kids and wife let down.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Booked a bouncy castle at the weekend and received a confirmation text etc then on the day they didn’t show up and ignored all calls!

DO NOT USE!! We were booked in for this saturday, had confirmation email and text the day before. Then a complete NO SHOW. No text no phone call and refuse to answer the phone. We’ve received no apology or explanation since Saturday. We were left with 20 very upset children until 3pm when an amazing company called A Bounce Around came with a last minute castle for us. We were very lucky for this and our day would have been completely ruined if it wasn’t for the other company. I didn’t look at reviews beforehand which was silly of me but would never in a million years think a bouncy castle company would take an official booking online and just not turn up without any explanation. Disgusting service and even worse people to be able to do that to children. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT USE, reading other reviews, even if they did turn up I doubt you’d be happy anyway. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

Do not use this company unless you want a very dirty bouncy castle! I ordered a bouncy castle from this company delivery and collection was perfect except for the castle was black and had two mouldy cupcakes in the corner!! The kids could not have played on it without getting dirty I spent an hour cleaning it to just make it half decent for the kids to bounce. I tried to contact the manager but they just completlet ignored messages and calls. Use someone better. Will not be using again!

Do NOT use this company. They appear just to want to take your deposit. We booked a castle months in advance and they tell you to communicate with them through a phone number to organise times etc

I called, text, whatsapped, emailed and received no reply whatsoever. I tried several times and when I tried calling again the put the phone down on me. I then cancelled and they replied immediately. Absolutely terrible service.

AWFUL service in particular non existent communication. Tried to contact over a 4 day period to discuss the booking in particular the timing of our party which was important for the collection of the inflatable. No response at all. No reassurance they would turn up. They did! I agreed with the driver for it to be collected late then got a message half way through the party saying they were on their way to collect. When I replied to say we’d agreed later they actually replied!! Which proved they’d just deliberately ignored all other contact over the previous 4 days… If they’d bothered to communicate earlier I would have arranged to have it over night. POOR POOR POOR customer service.

I ordered a castle for my sons 18th birthday and it was the only thing he asked for 😢 my son is severely disabled and we booked online, confirming they would come today on Friday between 7 and 1, I started to panic and we had been awake since 7 looking out for them so after calling the mobile over and over and you get no answer we called the other number multible times and no answer then a text to say they are not coming at 11.45 😢 I literally sat and cried until the Company Dinky castles bromborough said I'll help you 💙 they turned up after 15 minutes as soon as my son got home and really saved our day! Please avoid these people!

1st June I ordered a adult bouncy castle for my self and family and my son and his mates!
Fella turned up early was very helpful and done an amazing job getting it through my tiny garden ! When the bouncy castle inflated none of us knew it had a slide with it my son and his mates had the best time and so did I ! The same fella come to pick up at 9pm with another lad witch was absolutely amazing as I had my son on it for hours on his own witch the loved, they done a amazing job the fella was very helpful and I’ve used these a few time as well will always go back ! Thankyou

Bouncy castle was delivered covered in mould, which I had to wash down during my daughter's birthday party before the children could use. Would not use again.

So it was my brothers 16th birthday party lastnight we hired an inflatable nightclub ages ago from Cobracastles and even messaged this week to confirm to which they then phoned on the day of his party to say it was broke. They had replacement to which they turned up at the house and said no where not coming through with it and then blocked me . I did manage to get another from acorn castles who saved the day . So just writing this review to let youse all know do not use cobra castles they ignore all calls and messages then Block you .

Rang me on the day of the party to tell me the disco dome I booked is broke (also the other 4 disco domes where broke too apparently) an have to pick another castle with no apology or discount and obviously no time for me to find another. turned up with a soaking wet and dirty castle that had holes everywere, spent an hour trying to get it in a nice enough condition to actually use. Will never book from here again
