AVOID! Worst bouncy castle service I’ve EVER had. Please consider using another one I’ve never had problems with other local companies. Bouncy castle arrived late and was SOAKING wet it was a health and safety hazard, after using every towel it was still too wet to use. £100 down the drain. Even worse is the owner (Helen Kelly) ignores you even though you know she’s seen the messages. No apology or even an answer at all. Will NEVER use these again and have let everyone know how bad they are!

I ordered a 18ft wedding bouncy castle. Cobra castles are impossible to contact after booking, I rang both numbers and emailed them and still got no response. They turned up set up the castle and then left, the roof cover was damaged and due to this the castle got soaked, and unsafe to use. It was un usable the entire day. I text Cobra the photo of the roof and expected them to come round and fix it, again radio silence from Cobra. Very poor service will never use this company again.

Absolutely disgusted with this company! Dropped a frozen mega slide off for my nieces 3rd birthday party today it was minging marks and dirt all over it all still full of grass, the zip at the back was broken so they shoved a fan in it not even turned on to try and cover the hole! It was a floppy mess the younger kids was ok with them being light but the bigger kids were hitting the floor when getting onto it! Then my sons leg went through a hole in the castle right by the stairs he’s lucky he didn’t break his leg am absolutely fuming over it! We tried and tried to contact them for near 2 hours on the phone and messaged them with no reply their customer service is shocking and the health and safety of the children before sending the castles out is disgraceful
We’ve had many castles before from them and never a problem but won’t be using these any more and wouldn’t recommend them either

DO NOT USE EVER! Told them the party start time & they acknowledged. Tried to call all morning before the party but no answer. Turned up 30 minutes after the party started with no apology. The driver then stood on birthday girl’s foot and she cried in pain for ages…they had to set it up around the entertainment & kept disturbing us. Once the assault course was inflated it was ripped and soaked. Couldn’t use until 90 minutes after the 2 hour party started. Terrible attitude and still no answer from the office after almost 2 days of trying to contact them. An utter joke!!

Ordered a disco dome for my sons 14th birthday, it arrived at 8:45 which was fine but only had the lights I was then told by the lad he would be back with the speaker. 5 and half hours later after numerous phone calls (NO ANSWER) and messages to be told they’re on there way back (took over an hour) a different lad arrived with a speaker (which looked like had just been took out the box) put in my hand for ME to put it onto the bouncy castle and it was awful, so low couldn’t even hear the music, I text the man to come back and pick it up and give me my money back at 2:25 (Bouncy castle hadnt even been anchored down) I was totally ignored and they picked it up 24 hours later, must of thought that would make up for all the crap, which it NEVER!!! No Apology no nothing. We used to order all of our castles off cobra, I don’t know what’s happened but I would never order one again!!!

just had a bouncy castle delivered this morning for my grandaughters 10th birthday, she lost her mum 10days ago and her dad wanted to give her a nice birthday which has now been ruined as the bouncy castle has a LARGE tear in it, it looks like it been left out in the rain for months, the back doesn't fit. it's absolutely awful. made sure they got their money First. im absolutely disgusted with this company. company are not answering either of their phone numbers PLEASE DO NOT USE

Never booking again told them what time my party was and arrive after the party had started! There are no fast replies whatsoever and you can’t even ring and speak to anyone

I have used cobra castles a few times now, they are absolutely brilliant! Easily contactable on what’s app and replies come back within minutes. Great prices and very friendly guys who come with the inflatables. Will be using again in august for my daughters birthday. Thank you again Cobra Castles! 😊

Wish I'd checked the reviews on here first.
They arrived at the very end of the 7am to 1pm delivery timeslot. Despite me booking the bouncy castle and saying it needed to come through the house, they said it wouldn't fit through the front door. They then just loaded it back in the van and came back to say they couldn't deliver. Didn't ask if there were any alternative means of access, or particularly care when I said I had a load of kids arriving within the hour. Said they'd see if anyone else locally had a smaller castle and they'd ring me - never heard a thing. Only good thing about this company is they don't ask for a deposit so I haven't lost any money to them. Maybe if they'd checked with me about access I could have changed to a smaller castle. Never having booked one before I didn't know what size they are deflated. All in all a disappointing experience, with no apology from the delivery people or the company.

Do NOT book! 30 minutes before my daughters birthday party they called to cancel due to ‘break down’ I then asked where they were and they were supposedly stuck locally which I offered to come with my van and get the bouncy castle and the driver to set it up as I had 40 kids coming. They said it wasn’t possible and basically hung up! Avoid using this company unless you want to be left trying to re organise very last minute. I have since found out they did exactly the same to someone else I know.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS , ignore the positive reviews on Instagram and their website , these are con artists not to be trusted , unless you want to be scrambling around last minute like we are now looking for a replacement for our daughters party , extremely poor and obnoxious communication style , they don’t really understand customer service and they are not a real business , they are con men at work - awful. Avoid avoid avoid !

My daughter got a disco dome for my granddaughters birthday, it was awful very dirty inside very smelly, the curtain from the front was missing, the speaker was very low, you had to put the drone down to keep connecting the speak. Tried calling them no answer, texted no reply, when the fellas turned back up he said the owner was in Italy and nothing he could do.
She uses them a lot. Think she will look for someone better who cleans them out after each hire.
