I ordered the mystery gift and it wasn’t delivered even after paying £9.99 delivery. No response to email either and can’t find a phone number

I love my Cohorted beauty boxes. I look forward to them each month and enjoy being surprised. I don’t always use every product but as they are all high value - those that I don’t use make excellent raffle prizes for m fundraising and charity work. 🙂

I have had the subscription just over a year and enjoy the surprise each month. Happy to try new brands and share anything with friends I don’t need or want to try.

I love getting my box every month it is such a good way to try new products. I didn’t receive my post a few months ago and I emailed customer service and they were so quick to respond and offer a refund or a new box sent.

Only had one box and was happy with the content/size of products and the range. Something for everyone. A little delayed in sending the box out which is the only area of improvement identified at the moment.

I would give this company 0 if it met me...I'm am disabled lady on disability witch is hard to get by on...I thought I'd treat my self to this subscription box....the company took my money and didn't send me anything after numerous emails they gave me.bk my .money and canceled my subscription. To only take more money out my account on 1st november and yet again didn't send me a box. Then canceled my box without refunding me at all....I have sent over 20 emails and asked for someone from there team to call me and I've heard nothing....just a .message saying we canceled your box...but still took my money...surely you can't treat people like this...it's hard enough to get by without company like cohorted taking g money and not sending you anything for it

I posted a 1 star review as I thought I had been scammed. Happy to admit I was wrong. COHORTED have now been in contact and everything seems to be fine.

Have reached out after my first order never turned up and going three weeks without a response. £40 down the drain and no response from them on social media or via email. How is this legal?

I keep telling them their website link doesn't work on Twitter X but they never take note - which makes me doubtful

The best beauty box I have come across - Cohorted do specialised boxes and you can pick what suits you. My latest hair care products gives me the opportunity to try new things on my hair without splashing out ridiculous sums - so exciting!!!

Company has withdrawn money for three months in a row and has yet to fulfill an order. Go elsewhere as it is clear that they are going under....

Placed an order 3 weeks ago and it still hasn’t arrived. Emailed customer service 4 times and still not received any response. Disappointing,as previously service has been good. Unlikely to use again.
