Great chance to try new products / brands and not to spend a fortune.

I absolutely love my avant skincare beauty box. Such a quality brand, every item is full sized and I have used them all. I can’t believe I could get those products for such a good price. Waiting for my first monthly subscription beauty box and I am very excited. I really like how I can read about each of the products in the box now it was been unveiled so I know what I am waiting for. Packaging is very classy and would make a great gift. Although there has been a delay with the courier to deliver my August box, Cohorted have kept me informed.

I love the boxes but as someone who regularly moves I’m sick of the errors on addresses. This time round to avoid the issue, I DELETED my old address and checked twice it’s my new one. Confirmation came with NEW address before it was dispatched. Then I get emailed to tell me the box has been delivered TO MY OLD ADDRESS!! I’ve been chasing this since Saturday (4+ emails and an Instagram) today is Thursday and I’ve had no response. So disappointing

I signed up to the monthly subscription box in February to receive March as my 1st box. After being very excited I was a little disappointed that the serum I was expecting was replaced with another skin oil which is why I haven’t given 5 stars. But I do understand that products can be subject to change and hopefully it doesn’t happen too often. The box was beautifully presented and the products are very nice. Customer services were very helpful when I contacted them with a question about my account and got back to me straight away.

I have had some great products in the past from Cohorted. Sadly, for me the February box was a real disappointment. I may sound ungrateful, however 2 mascaras is not what I needed. The other products did not fill me with joy this month either.
