I am in love with my Kate Somerville box the products are amazing and well worth the price!
I have never had bad experience with this company always there to help with any problems I have had!

Bought a MZ box and a 2022 calendar and they are really good. Would buy another calendar one this year.

In general I prefer the single brand boxes but the October Think Pink box had some great items. That hand soap was amazing and I always like the Pixi Glow Tonic. It wasn't my favorite month, but still well worth the price.

Came across Cohorted at a show. Couldnt believe the box of products on offer and the price. Had to go back and buy another couple of boxes for Xmas gifts!! Fabulous! Really impressed!

I absolutely love Cohorted. I’ve only purchased two boxes so far but I’m very pleased with them. They last ages and the items are perfect for my skin and purpose. The packaging is lovely and compact. Arrives within a timely manner.
I can’t wait to try another box soon.

I have ordered for the first time a month ago and it happened to do a second order. Everything went really smoothly. The shopping was super clear and i have to admit that it was the most economic delivery fee and had no issues. The two orders were great value for money and i had really enjoyed them! Will be ordering again!

Cohorted has a very good beauty subscription service. It is on a pricier side but it has always been worth it!

I have ordered the 12 day advent calendar. It’s not due to be dispatched until 10th November so can’t comment on the content just yet but I don’t need to. I know it will be just perfect and exactly what I’m expecting. I mean all you have to do is look through the website and read through other reviews. So really looking forward to receiving my calendar and going from there for 2024 🌟

Disappointing treatment of a longterm customer. I had opted in for a box and was excited to receive it. For some reason the payment didn’t go through but they said they will try again, fast forward they have successfully managed to charge me for next month whilst then refusing to send out the previous box I opted in for. Their response was for me to pay £50 rather than the £39 the subscribers pay and to purchase it with the rest of the general public rather than be sent it as a loyal subscriber. Even this response I had to argue my case for! Communication is really poor and doesn’t make you feel valued at all. I’ve had communications with other luxury brands such as Charlotte tilbury and the experience was much better. I would not say this company is a luxury brand. Just luxury products. The box content can be good but for the lack of genuine customer service and interest in loyal customers I will be looking to subscribe elsewhere. Really disappointing how my issue was handled or should I say how it has been ignored.

I love the variety of content that cohorted shows .The products are fantastic and I enjoy visiting Cohorted very much.

I adore the Cohorted Boxes. They a high end decadence, at affordable prices.
The boxes are always solid, which I keep for posting gifts to my son abroad, or give to friends to store things in. Everyone loves a good box hehe.
The products are always good, full sizes and are a beautiful, and varied, array of the months series. It helps me build up an amazing collection. Items I normally want but don't get, due to the high prices.
My overall complexion is amazing since starting too, as I'm only using proven results products.
The items come with an information leaflet and you get a qr for the magazine.
I advise anyone who loves beauty care to sign up!

Had my first box delivered this week, and was absolutely over the moon!! I had the whole Colour Wow set in my basket on another website as was waiting until pay day to purchase as my basket was almost £200, and then to open my first Cohorted box and to find the whole Colour Wow set for £39!!! Well, I was absolutely shell shocked. Counting down the days until my next box!!

used this company years ago and it used to be amazing! signed up again in august and payment made and we are now in sept and they’ve took two payments and i’ve still not had one box! i’ve emailed and tweeted many many time but nobody ever gets back to me! i’ve now paused my subscription until someone can get back to me. i bet i don’t get my free gift either judging by the service so far but i will update if i ever receive anything
