Sent different products to those advertised. They said it is stated in the small print - seems like they can advertise excellent brand and send a mediocre/cheaper one and cover themselves with saying it was in the small print. Feels deceptive and as such I have wasted my time and money and will go back to using the Latest in Beauty, beauty boxes where you get the products listed.

Really happy with my first beauty box (Advent). Luxurious and full of products that I will actually use.

I was at first a bit unhappy on the 1st of August having payed for two boxes (August and September) and received neither, but once I saw how nice the box was and after seeing a preview of what the September box would be I was very happy.

Needed to speak with customer service once and that went well.

So overall I'm very happy. My only critique is that I'd personally prefer to not have to pay for a box a month in advance, but most subscription services seem to do this anyway.

I’ve been subscribing since June, I received my first box in July which was the Pixi edit. I love Pixi products so it was nice to receive a selection of items I probably wouldn’t have chosen myself but I’m pleased with, especially for the price. I have now just received the August box, it is an Avant edit so very luxury and worth around £400 I believe for a £39 subscription! Overall I’m really pleased with the Avant box, although I’ve seen there was a Cohorted Avant box in April 2021 which seemed to have a greater range of products (it contained an eye treatment, illuminating cream, serum, exfoliator, firming mask & single use eye pads and was worth nearly £500). In contrast the one I have just received contains a single use face sheet mask, two different night masks, two different serums, and a day cream. I personally would have liked a bit more variety in the items, for example I would have preferred one night mask and an eye cream instead of two different night masks. I appreciate I’m being fussy, it’s still a great box of luxury products.
The Cohorted sneak peek for September suggests it’s a color wow edit which I’m also excited to get as I’ve tried a few of their products and they’ve all been excellent!
The boxes seem to be really well packaged and look really lovely when you unbox them, they definitely feel like a luxury box. So far I’m impressed and intend to keep my subscription going. I would recommend this, whilst it’s more expensive than other beauty box subscriptions, Cohorted seem to provide high end products and a lot of full sized products which means it’s not really comparable to the other subscription beauty boxes I’ve had which tend to be small sample sizes and often fairly low value products. I also like that you can buy past edits for £50 which is still a bargain (I’ve got my eye on the Murad and Ren ones from previous months) but you have to pay £9 delivery for them which puts me off a bit as the subscription boxes are delivered for free.

The boxes are always full of exciting products & are great value. The communication is very good at all stages of the ordering process & the items arrive on time & are beautifully packaged. Many thanks to the excellent Cohorted Team!

about to receive my very first box! so excited :)

Unfortunately I have yet to receive my box or receive any tracking updates. I ordered 10 days ago. So I can’t really review the box

After having a subscription for a few years, they've now changed their delivery courier who is failing to deliver my monthly boxes despite Cohorted taking my money and me emailing countless times and they haven't even bothered to send a reply or tell me what's happening but they'll keep my £39.99 every month!

Being a subscriber for a year already, and have to say love, love, love this box❤❤❤
Maybe slightly expensive, but for me it totally worth it! Each month I love every single product in it! Mays box with living proof was another one great box for me! Always use most of the products, which are high quality and really enjoy them! Thank you Cohorted!! ❤❤

First box in a while after previously cancelling I expected more as only got 2 full size products but definitely worth the price

Cohorted box are best subscriptions box so far. Slightly expensive , but I would rather pay £39 than paying £15 a month and receiving product I won’t use. I have subscribed to other beauty box in the past. Recently changed to Cohorted, this is my third box and I am over the moon . Worth the money! You get so much for your money. Customer service was amazing past two times I had to contact them. Only 4 stars as they took money this month although I thought I paused it. Awaiting refund.

Great value Beauty Subscription - I love it!

I ordered a beauty box last Sunday (21st) it’s now Tuesday 30th and the box has still not been dispatched, messaged them on their website and via instagram and no response yet. Very disappointing as the box was for a friends birthday which has long since passed. Don’t think I’ll order from here again.

Beautifully packaged, arrived quickly, all the products are fantastic and at a great price too!

I ordered the stylist v2 box Deffo worth the price and one of the best boxes out there. I will be ordering again and it’s a good way to try out new products

I searched for ages to find myself a nice monthly gift and was so pleased with Cohorted! They always have the best combos with a great range of products! I get a box every month and have also started buying extras as birthday gifts for friends!

Been using this service for about 2 years , so a good customer I would say .. however some items missing from
Last box . I have sent 4 emails to date and have not had a single response from Cohorted so incredibly disappointed. Just need to cancel the direct debit now as no point in paying for something that I don’t receive the full contents . Did not want to review this way but left with no other choice unfortunately

Update … the customer service email address and each time I get an automated response stating you are very busy and will be in touch soon .. after over 2 months I would have thought you would have replied. You can find all the emails if you care you have a look at them

I bought the stylist special box. Unfortunately 3 of the advertised products were not in stock. They did give replacement products for these, however they were makeup products rather than skincare which is a slight shame. I have emailed customer services and they responding promptly, so hopefully will sort out. Overall I still think the product is a good idea, as allows you to try new products out for a fraction of their costs if you bought them individually.
