Coldflow heating and air conditioning no new customer support- stay well away from them..

Purchased 2 coolers and a heater from Coldflow. Installed and connected but not working. Waited for us to discover unit not working and as payment had already been made refused to come back & start system. Both installer & electrician diagnosed over the phone that equipment was faulty?
Supplier Seeley international came out and connected in 5 minutes!
Plenty of choices in air conditioning but do not choose Coldflow as they are dodgy as.
