A nice easy website to use
A nice easy website to use. The product came super quick and it was well packaged with a nice touch using my name inside the box. The only thing I would say is spending £75 on tee shirt and having to pay £3.95 delivery. I would expect delivery to be free spending £75.

This was one of the worst clothing qualities I have ever purchased online. I decided to buy from this brand because of the convenience and because I liked the brand, but the quality is unbelievably horrible. Truly terrible — one of the worst I have ever seen.
The shirt cost $100, plus another $40 for shipping. When I tried to return it, I would have had to pay around $50 just for the return shipping, which is ridiculous.
The shirt is extremely uncomfortable, too short, and the sizing was completely wrong. You can already tell that after the first wash the fabric will start wearing out badly. The print on the front also already looks like it will fade and deteriorate quickly with normal use.
I will never buy from this website again, and I would not recommend anyone else to buy from them either. This was my first and last purchase from this site. Absolutely terrible. Never buy from here.

Great design, quality, customer service.
Beyond offering great design and craftsmanship in their products, the staff at their flagship store in london went above and beyond for me when I went there from across town to buy a hat that I’d seen earlier in the day on a guy I met that tipped me off to the store. They were out of stock, in fact, they were out of stock of that item permanently. Nothing on the website… But they made the effort find one at the warehouse and get it delivered to my hotel the next day. That was meaningful and they now have a customer for life.

amazing brand
Such an amazing brand, the clothes are absolutely top quality. I occasionally take a trip to their flagship store in Soho London and always have a great experience. For a brand that doesn’t need to do much to sell their stock, the staff are so friendly and helpful. You will occasionally run into the owners in the shop as well who seem like nice guys.
