SHOCKING SERVICE
am extremely disappointed with my experience with Cole Buxton.
I placed an order worth a significant amount of money, only to be told by Royal Mail that the parcel had been left in a "safe place" that I never authorised. The parcel never reached me, and despite repeatedly contacting Cole Buxton for assistance, I have received little more than a generic response directing me to the Royal Mail app.
I do not use the Royal Mail app, nor did I request for my parcel to be left anywhere other than delivered directly to me. Rather than taking ownership of the issue, Cole Buxton's response was to suggest that I should have opted out of a delivery preference that I never agreed to in the first place.
What has been most frustrating is the lack of customer service. I have now sent multiple emails chasing a resolution and have received either inadequate responses or no response at all. At no point has there been any meaningful effort to address the fact that I paid for goods that I have not received.
For a premium clothing brand charging premium prices, I expected a far higher standard of customer care. Unfortunately, my experience has been the complete opposite. Until this matter is properly resolved, I cannot recommend purchasing from Cole Buxton.

Not a fan of the material
Personal opinion although I see others share it online. Cole Buxton t shirts were the best when they used 380gsm cotton jersey made in Turkey. The fit and the material were perfect.
Not a fan on the updated fit and material being used now at all.
