Honestly, buying through Expat Colis was a much smoother experience than I expected, especially after reading so many negative reviews.
What I noticed, though, is that many of those bad reviews came from people who had successfully used the service for years and only left a review after a single package went wrong. In fact, most of them mentioned having dozens of successful orders before that happened. That made me realize that the negative experiences seemed to be a relatively small percentage overall.
I decided to take the chance because I really missed shopping on Vinted after moving to Norway. As someone who loves hunting for unique secondhand fashion especially avant-garde designers Expat Colis gave me access to pieces I simply can't find here.
My package arrived without any issues. The price was fair, the shipping process was straightforward, and all of my items arrived exactly as they were sent. The original packaging was preserved, nothing was opened, and nothing was altered. It genuinely felt like I was ordering directly from Vinted in Europe.
In total, I paid around €30–40 for shipping to Norway, which I actually found very reasonable considering the number of items I bought. Being able to access Vinted again and build my wardrobe with unique designer pieces made it completely worth it.
I enjoyed the experience so much that I'm already placing a second order.
If you're a secondhand treasure hunter like me and you're looking for avant-garde, designer, vintage, or hard-to-find fashion pieces from Vinted while living outside the supported countries, Expat Colis is definitely worth considering.

Absolute worst experience. I ordered an item from Finland to France to be forwarded to my home country. It is now completely stuck at their warehouse because they failed to disclose that shipping to my country was suspended—only informing me after the item arrived at their facility.
To make matters worse, their customer service is incredibly slow and unhelpful. Messaging is the only way to contact them, and they barely reply. Because of their restriction, I had to arrange a separate DHL pickup myself. I alerted them well in advance, provided all the necessary DHL documentation, and specified the exact pickup date. Despite sending numerous emails, they never bothered to update me on whether DHL was able to collect it.
There is zero communication, no updates, and my item is still sitting in their warehouse with no clear way for me to get it out. An incredibly frustrating experience—I deeply regret using this service.

When the parcel was shipped from you to Japan, there was no information provided regarding the Japanese domestic tracking number or shipping label, so I was unable to track the parcel.
The only tracking information provided by your company was the URL of the Japanese postal service website, and no tracking number or shipping details whatsoever were provided.
I would always like to receive domestic tracking information for the destination country.

Do not use for valuable items
ColisExPat performed an unauthorized repackaging of irreplaceable vintage collectibles after I explicitly requested in writing that nothing be repacked. Their support agent confirmed in writing the packages had not been repacked — then automated emails arrived the same night confirming repackaging was done. The result: loose magazines and comics bouncing around half-empty boxes across the Atlantic. DHL security opened one package in transit because the packing was so poor. When I provided documented evidence of all of this, ColisExPat's response was to claim I had authorized the repackaging and refuse any refund. I had a one year subscription and performed multiple shipments. I am now pursuing PayPal chargebacks and a DGCCRF complaint. Avoid this service for anything fragile or valuable.
