Three consecThree packages in three registered mail shipments that got lost!!!utive packages

Three consecutive packages, with a very high monetary value, were lost in shipping and did not reach me. Upon filing the first complaint, I received a response that our packages were 3 out of a whole field of packages that were stuck on the road without additional data, and that a period of 6-13 weeks is required from the date of opening the investigation until the decision is made, and I was told that "a refund may be possible."
After about two months, when I did not receive any sign of life from the company, I contacted again and again and the answer I received amazed me:
The type of shipping you chose does not allow for an investigation in the event of loss, etc.!!! There is no refund and no compensation for three packages!!! that were lost!!!
I would like to emphasize in particular that I chose reliable and safe registered mail shipping, and there was no warning or anything similar when I was presented with the shipping options!!!
I protest and am angry that the company is rudely and arbitrarily ignoring me, and ignoring its duty as a reliable courier company responsible for the safe arrival of shipments to the desired destination!!!
Do not choose this company!!! They are strong on the weak and shirk any minimal commitment to the service they claim to provide to their customers!!!

Flawless service

Once the package is insured there are no problems with delivery. 50+ packages to date and one or at most two issues. Generally flawless service. Highly recommended!

All like expected

Used ColisExpat two times (shipment from China to ColisExpat France, then towards Germany), both successful. You have to wait a little bit (1-2 days) after delivering to ColisExpat to get the info from them that a shipment arrived.

Reliable service for a decent price

Reliable service for a decent price. The website is a bit slow at times and sometimes it takes a few days before a delivered parcel is registered into my warehouse, but overall I'm very satisfied.

The cost for sending the paar of socks from France to Germany with zero weight was 17 Euro! No flexibility regarding parcels weight and size.

Please note that for road shipments within Europe, transporters apply a minimum charge based on the actual weight, regardless of how light the parcel is. This is different from air shipments, where pricing depends on the volumetric (dimensional) weight.

In your case, since the delivery from France to Germany was carried out by road, the minimum shipping fee applied according to the carrier’s pricing rules.

Not acceptable delivery delay for a small medicine package. Sender „Shop Apotheke“ comfimed delivery to Germany Colis Expat post address imediately after order. Took Colis Expat about 4 weeks to ship to France and in addition a couple days to forward to Spain.

All fine

At first, I thought that nobody would get back to me. They wrote that they would register the shipment within three days. I contacted support, but got no response. After three/four weeks, however, they wrote that the package from Spain had been delivered to their center in France. I didn’t know they forwarded it to France first. In the end, they sent the shipment to me. At first, after reading these negative comments here, I also wrote a negative one, but I had to reconsider the situation because my package was delivered without any problems. Thank you.

Stay Away

My customer ID is 130060, been their customer since 2017 but I will be taking my bussiness elsewhere. My package 17777805 was delivered on October 1st in Spain and almost a month later hasn't reached France yet! I tried to work things out with Harry but he is very unhelpful. They said all they needed was the invoice and tracking number. After I gave it to them, now they want a proof of delivery. I told them the carrier doesn't have this option but they still want me to pull it up from god knows where. Their employees are so rude. I have so many bad experiences with them but this is the last straw. It is despicable how they treat their customers!

Always got my package in good condition.

We started to use this service as some companies (Tchibo, some Amazon shipment,.. ) refused to ship from Germany to Spain.
We used the service about 20x and will continue.

Stressful.

Stressful.

I subscribed and immediately regretted. The website is a mess and stressed me out. It keeps out logging you so every ten seconds you have to log in again, it keeps jumping back and forth between three different languages so you need to keep changing it back and then you can’t find any useful information on how the service actually works on their own site - it just leads you in circles and keeps out logging you and changing to other languages. I had to ask ChatGPT for the basic information on how to use this service. When chatgpt had helped me to figure out that I have to send my parcel to ColisExpat’s German address I found out that to use that I needed to upload my ID first. But the website won’t let you know that is what you have to do. All in all horrible user experience. It was so stressful to just try to navigate the website and seemed so unprofessional that I gave up before actually using their service and have now cancelled my subscription. If their website is such a mess I don’t want them to handle my international packages. Just doesn’t seem trustworthy.
