Ordered from shop in UK website shop with no delivery to Norway and used UK warehouse adress. Delivery company tried to deliver 2 times to the warehouse and the package was sent back to shop....Tried to contact for help to deliver. But only answer I got that I must realise it's a large warehouse and they don't know....well what's the point with customer service. Will not use again even if I bought premium subscription

According to the information available, the parcel was not successfully delivered to our warehouse and was returned to the merchant after the delivery attempts. As the parcel was never handed over to ColisExpat, we were unfortunately not in a position to process or forward it.
We understand that our reply could have provided clearer guidance at the time, and we regret that this did not help resolve the situation more effectively.
For this type of case, the merchant or the delivery company remains the only party able to confirm why the delivery failed and arrange a new shipment if possible.

Just used ColisExpat for the first time. I had 2 packages arrive at the same time in the warehouse in Germany. One arrived in the main warehouse in France within the advertised window. The other took like 2 weeks longer, for which 1 star was deducted. Customer support was really fast often replying within 1 business day. Once the parcels were processed in the warehouse in France, the shipping to my own country was fairly quick so overall can't complain.
Would be nice if other countries could also make use of the Tax-Free though. That alone would make the subscription worth it. Now I just use the service when I absolutely need to order something that can't be delivered/ordered straight to my country.

lost shipment
I was expecting a shipment to the Italian warehouse. The shipment was delivered, entered into the system and sent to the central French warehouse. The email contained the usual information, as soon as the shipment is delivered within 2-6 business days, I will be able to continue operating with the shipment. So I wait a week, 2 weeks, a month, 3 months.... I am still waiting for that email. I see the shipment in my profile, I cannot operate with it. Simply put, the package was either deliberately stolen by someone or it was lost. In communication with the customer service line it is clear that I am not entitled to a refund, because it has been more than 60 days. But I am still waiting for the email to which they undertook to inform me of the receipt of the shipment. I am still waiting.....
In my defense, I must write that I receive dozens of shipments per month to different warehouses in different countries and I do not have time to check each shipment. That's what I relied on CXP. I lost 65EUR.
This means: check every shipment and don't wait to file a complaint.
Otherwise, I am satisfied with the service.
