Horrible company to deal with. I needed to return an item, they insisted on sending a replacement for a dress I did not want and then charged again for an item I told them I would return. Never again will I do business with them. I will report to better business bureau.

Received garden wagon was exactly what I was needing. Easy assemble, only the washers for the wheel assembly were too small luckily had washers here that worked, so all was well. Made a cover and turned it into a "covered wagon" for a western themed party! Turned out really really cute!!

I ordered items online and it was so user-friendly and completed in a matter of a few minutes.
Also on the plus side the items were on sale and I received them very securely packaged in a week- it doesn't get any better than that.

These are the socks that I’ve been searching for since forever. It’s funny how no other retailers have these socks,but then again,I’m glad you guys did. They were exactly like I needed them to be and hid my varicose veins perfectly. And not to mention their great name brand of ,”Buster Brown”! Thank you for having them,Collections Etc !

Items got here fast and accurate

Have been waiting for a refund from Collections etc since May 15, 2024. I call every week and have spoke to a supvr Eden, have been told every time I will receive in 3 to 5 business days, well it is June 11, 2024 still no refund. Very frustrated will never do business with them again. And when calling their call center goes to the Philippines, I am not happy at all.

Unfortunately I was charged twice for this item. On May 18, 2024 I charged $35.05 for one pajamas and one broom. When I asked where the broom was I was charged $21.19. I payed but I don't think I will be ordering anything again. Thank you Catherine Gray

I used to purchase from Collections but I and several of my acquaintances will no longer shop their catalog due to their obvious political bias based off of some of the items they sell. While I know that our reason to not buy from them doesn't mean much to most, it is our only way to show support for fairness knowing there are many other companies out there who offer unbiased items that give EVERYONE a choice.

I received most of my order, still waiting on curtains for bathroom which are on back order til July. Ordered the the matching set with rugs and shower curtain, however unable to put up til I receive curtains. I'm very pleased with everything I ordered thar came. Unpleased, I wasn't informed about curtains til after I received my order.

I really loved the pillow shams but the flowers was not at all what I was expecting, Big disappointment there

Delivered fast but not what expected. Returned one item and didn't even get a timely full refund.

I received my product that I ordered. Just not satisfied with how long it took to arrive to its destination considering it was within the US. I feel 13 days was way too long.

As always, everything was great. Fast delivery and wonderful products.
