Still waiting for one more refill in the order. Order was supposed to arrive on a Friday. One week later called to find out where the order was. Told they were waiting for one of the refills which was backordered before shipping all. Never notified me. I suggested they ship me what they had now. Good responses that haven't match with Colorado Pen's actions
I ordered 2 Visconti van Gogh fountain pens. I ordered from there because they said they were in stock. They didn't come for several weeks. I emailed twice. On the second time, Colorado Pen responded that they would take the charge off of my credit card until they came in. They never did that. I got one of the pens, but still haven't recieved the other. When they did respond in the email, they were very nice, but they did not follow through. I have emailed a third time and have not heard anything back. I understand that the pens were out of stock and that was unavoidable, but the response and the actions have not always matched.
