My Montegrappa Fortuna Skull pen arrived quickly. It writes beautifully. Love it.

Still waiting for one more refill in the order. Order was supposed to arrive on a Friday. One week later called to find out where the order was. Told they were waiting for one of the refills which was backordered before shipping all. Never notified me. I suggested they ship me what they had now. Two weeks later still waiting for the one refill.

I needed a Pelican ink cartridge. Colorado Pen had exactly what I was looking for.

I put the wrong information to be engraved on the pen I purchased and when I reordered the next day, they had already shipped out the first one and wanted to make sure I knew that before engraving the second one. I really appreciated that!

I ordered 2 Visconti van Gogh fountain pens. I ordered from there because they said they were in stock. They didn't come for several weeks. I emailed twice. On the second time, Colorado Pen responded that they would take the charge off of my credit card until they came in. They never did that. I got one of the pens, but still haven't recieved the other. When they did respond in the email, they were very nice, but they did not follow through. I have emailed a third time and have not heard anything back. I understand that the pens were out of stock and that was unavoidable, but the response and the actions have not always matched.

I bought a pen early in January for an important friend of mine and we ended up experiencing supply issues from Visconti. Due to the four delays, Colorado Pen upgraded my shipping for free and kept in contact with me throughout the month long wait. As soon as it came in stock again, it was sent immediately and arrived packaged exactly as it should have been. Colorado Pen is a great company and worth ordering from for sure.

I received the ink that was ordered within the time limits noted by Colorado Pen, so thank you.
